We operate across continents, cultures, and borders being a truly global team with experience in working across many time zones and driving very diverse projects. Our head office is located in the US, San Francisco Bay Area, the heart of technology innovation and entrepreneurship. Our European operations are managed from Germany and our engineering and marketing delivery center is located in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Sergei O.

Business Owner

Serving as a CEO and leading PulsarFour business in North America, Sergei brings over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, business development and management to the company. Prior to founding PulsarFour, he worked as a VP International Operations and CFO of SysIQ /​Astound Commerce group of professional IT services companies. At SysIQ, he led the development a world-​class Ecommerce engineering center in Eastern Europe and managed operations, administration & finance for the group in Europe and the US. Previously, Sergei held various executive and director-​level positions in Finance, Operations, and HR at Microsoft, Avon Cosmetics, American International Group, and Coca-​Cola Beverages. He is passionate about technology, building scalable productive teams, and unleashing creativity in the workplace. Sergei holds a BA degree in Finance from Kiev State Economic University and an MBA in IT Management and Corporate Finance from Rochester Institute of Technology.
