Specialties

Perpetual Motion Performance Training specializes in personal and small group training, as well as group classes and local adventures. We offer a unique blend of bodyweight, yoga, kettle bells, sandbags, suspension training, and heavy lifting. Our adventures series is an expanding segment of outdoor classes for stairs, stand-up paddle boarding, hiking, trail running, and much more. We emphasize strength, flexibility, and wellness — our goal is injury prevention and avoidance. We are more than a gym, we are a community.
