Top notch professional work. I’ve worked with Michael and Nancy for over 10 years and you cannot ask for a higher skill level, creativity and quality work in the Bay Area. I will and have not used another framer since we meet. I travel 45 minutes to have them take care of my framing needs. My customers marvel over the end product.

I took an old flag and photos to Nancy and Michael to frame. They handled our family keepsakes with care. Nancy was so patient with me while picking out the frames. She had wonderful suggestions which helped. This was a gift to my husband and he was absolutely shocked at how amazing it turned out. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my framing. I’ll try to post a picture!

Do not get your film developed here! I paid in advance for two rolls of film development only and a CD, $ 17. When I went to pick it up the clerk tried to charge me another $ 10! «Is your price list wrong?», I asked. «No.», replied the clerk. When I told her I would only pay $ 17, she replied that she would let it go this time. What?! She tries to overcharge and gives me an attitude when I say I’m not giving her more money.
After picking up the CD I noticed no film in the envelope. «Where’s the film?», I ask. The clerk fumbles with the envelope and said, «No film, you print from the CD.» She either lost the film, or threw it out because I was unwilling to pay her another $ 10.
Incompetent, disorganized, and maybe even spiteful. Avoid this business for film developing!
