Ann & I purchased the business from the previous owner who ran it for 15 years. He was very kind in mentoring us for a period before handing over the reigns. We are a family owned and operated small business and are very happy to be here for our customers.

I use Cornerstone for any and all mail, fax, etc. needs! The location is great with a lot of parking, but most importantly the service is the best! The owners are two of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Ever time I’ve gone in with a question or needing help they are always friendly and so pleasant! This is my go to spot!

Stopped in here last Friday after work because we needed to get some docs notarized. A woman (sorry didn’t catch her name) helped us and she was super friendly, courteous and patient. My husband and I were there with our two little kids who were starting to get cranky and she was patient and understanding. My husband had a lot of questions and she answered them with ease. I frequently visit Postal Annex on Ygnacio Valley Rd only because it is on my way home from work, but I would much rather drive the extra mile to go here because the service was great!

This is by far my family’s favorite copy center and mail center in Walnut Creek. I highly recommend Cornerstone for all of your personal and professional copying and mailing. Their prices are very reasonable and their attention to every little detail is amazing. They did a terrific job mailing an heirloom china set and other fragile items for me and my family. We have also used their notary services.

I use this location when I need to send out Ebay packages via FedEx using shipping labels I printed out on my own printer.
I just love the attitude of the people who work there. Every time I need to drop off the package the people working in the store always are VERY happy to take my packages for me.
And if I ever need any normal mailing or shipping items I can’t do on my own I will bring them to Cornerstone
I rarely have to go to the US Post Office and the other day I had a certified letter which I had to personally sign for. There were 25 people in line and 1 person working the counter. Are you kidding?
This is why I would use Cornerstone and never go to the US Post office.
Keep up the great work and attitudes at Cornerstone.

I needed a Notary Public. I went all over town. Some wouldn’t/couldn’t address my needs, as they weren’t comfortable with technology. Others simply weren’t available because they went home early. So, I was overjoyed to find Cornerstone Copy & Mail — a cornerstone in reliability and excellent customer service! In fact, they came recommended by a representative of the local Chase Bank. Michael O’Sullivan was prompt, courteous, and technically savvy. He seemed to not only understand my needs, but was friendly and quick. In short, he provided me with the service I needed. remarkably good customer service. I had previously been going to the UPS store in Pleasant Hill. What a difference in customer service between Cornerstone and the UPS store! This place is a Godsend! Especially since the Walnut Creek Post Office is so HORRIBLE!!! They have everything you can ask for and more here. I GLADLY pay a little more to come here! Cornerstone Copy & Mail really is as good as it gets!
The business is owned and operated by Ann and Michael and they are fantastic! They are always so welcoming and helpful. I am not in love with having to run business related errands, but it is always a pleasure to stop by Cornerstone.
Ann & Michael are always so great with doing my special projects. They have helped me ship a large shipment (3 big boxes) to Germany. They assisted with the customs forms, tracked the shipment and even helped package it. They have also created special size shipping boxes for me.
The services at Cornerstone are what you would expect to find at any postal services business — the draw at Cornerstone are Ann and Michael. They are great to work with and totally dependable!
