Divine Limousine

I wanted to take this opportunity to say how very pleased we were with the services and courtesy provided by our driver, Alex. Alex arrived at our location in St. Helena (Harvest Inn) and drove us to Sausalito (Casa Madrona) on February 17^th. Then on February 20^th, he arrived at our location in Sausalito for travel to our hotel near the airport in San Francisco.
Alex was very professional, kind and went out of his way to make certain that we enjoyed our travel time with him. I am so pleased that we were fortunate enough to have him as our driver. Should we be in the area again in the near future, I would definitely request Alex as our driver!
Also, I wanted to thank Lisa in reservations for her assistance in helping with our arrangements and making necessary adjustments in some of our travel times.
Thank you Divine Limos for being part of our fantastic trip to California!

We celebrated my husband’s 40^th birthday with a limo ride and dinner. Divine Limousine company arranged the whole birthday plan. The car was decorated as per request and we had Champagne, water and soda in the limo. Since it was our first time, we were all very excited.
The driver Alex and the sales rep who arranged this were very kind, accomodative and flexible to our plans. We had a great time and looking forward to using their services in future.

I had the opposite experience from the other reviews. I highly recommend steering clear of this service if you want a peaceful day. The driver was so rude and uncooperative, there was plenty of unnecessary confrontation, and we were not taken to the destinations that were agreed upon. The day was so uncomfortable and despite the inappropriate behavior by the driver, we were charged in full for a contract that was not kept on the company’s end. Yikes.

I was looking for a local limo service to deliver my mom (too weak from radiation treatments) to her first grandson’s high school graduation. She needed to arrive a few minutes before the ceremony began as she would not have been able to sit in the sun for 3 hours (in order to get a close parking spot and a seat).
I have used limo services before but hadn’t in a while. I happened upon Divine Limo online. When I called, Lisa answered. I explained my situation and she was SO nice and helpful. She arranged everything during that phone call, I received an email confirmation, and an email reconfirming the details the day before.
While I was at the graduation saving seats, my brother texted me to let me know the limo arrived right on time and Alex (the driver) was awesome! Alex talked and maneuvered his way through the parking watchdog maze and delivered my mom and her wheelchair to within 100 feet from the gate. Alex was very friendly and made my parents (who had never been in a limo) feel comfortable and taken care of!
This was definitely a unique situation and Divine Limousine expertly handled the details. I will recommend Divine Limo to my friends and will use them whenever I have a need for any type of limo service!

I just came back from a friend’s 40^th birthday party and she wanted to go around Napa in style. The limo arrived on time and our driver Alex was very knowledgeable about the area. Added touches in the limo like birthday napkins, balloons and hat were cute. We told Alex what 2 wineries we wanted to visit and then let him suggest other places to see. He took us to various wineries for the view, helped us take group photos and made great logistical suggestions (e.g. when was the best time to pick up lunch,.etc). He was resourceful, trustworthy and organized. Now it looks like one of our gfs in the group will be using Divine for her 40^th too! Highly recommend!

Divine limousine is… well, divine! I was hesitant at first because they only had one review, but I am so glad I gave them a chance.
They were very helpful during the booking process, and patient with my many questions (it was my first time booking a limo). I requested a picture of the limo they would be sending me and they gladly emailed me a picture (the limo was the exact same as the one pictured).
Their rates are highly competitive — I only found one place that was a bit cheaper than them (only by $ 20) but their service over the phone was much better!
The driver arrived at the time we requested (it was our wedding so if he arrived early we had no way to notice). We were running 15 min late and he patiently waited for us. The driver was polite, the limo was clean and beautiful! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended.
I’m so sad we didn’t take any pictures of it ourselves :(that’s what happens at the end of your wedding, after you’ve been drinking and taking pictures all day, the last thing on our mind was taking yet another picture of our limo, lol
