Diablo Pointe Apartments

No one answers the calls on weekends. The towing company they sign with to tow cars that park in your space never comes. Parking is terrible even though it is in your contract to have one parking space for your apartment, if someone parks in your spot you either have to wait it out for them to get out of your parking spot, or find a parking somewhere on the streets… Management does nothing to prevent others from parking in your parking spot.

The apartment inside is very nice and spacious. I love the inside.
The leasing agent, Raushania, is one of the best and most friendly, attentive managers you could ask for. Very courteous, personable, and just a wonderful woman!
However, beware that a.) you will never have guests because there is no parking. Expect your car to get hit or dented because there is no room, even in your own car port! b.) do not even think about parking your car for 5 minutes in a red zone to run inside and grab something, it will get towed!!! c.) your friends and family will hate you because they won’t want to ever visit because of said parking, d.) the laundry room gets locked at night, so don’t expect to get any laundry done if you work night shift… and expect security to often forget to unlock it on a Sunday morning, when the leasing office is closed, and e.) expect standoffish neighbors who glare at you when you’re on your balcony, won’t say hello, smoke in their yards, and call in frivolous noise complaints.
Also, expect a lot of «you can’t»: you cannot have guests, you cannot have a BBQ, you cannot do laundry past 11; you cannot have dogs, not even to visit, but you can have cats that shit all over your property; you cannot park a large car here. Can’t can’t can’t!
Again, great leasing staff and wonderful interior, but my time here has been nothing but stressful!

I really have no idea what the other reviewer is talking about. I have lived at this complex for a while now and I have no complaints. The grounds are nice and quiet and peaceful. Maintenance comes ASAP if you call them. As for the manager, I have had nothing but very pleasant experiences with her, always helpful, and she always has a smile. I imagine if you have such negative things to say about a manager it is because you probably didn’t pay your rent or was repeatedly late…
The place isn’t brand new, but who wants brand new? My apartment was in great condition when I moved in and for the price, man it can’t be beat. Sounds like the other review was from someone who had several issues, all of which sound personal…
