Ascent Walnut Creek

Move in went smoothly except for some parking space assignment hiccups which was worked out quickly. Ashley has been there every step of the way and so far we are enjoying our new space. Haven’t met many neighbors yet but I’m sure they are friendly. Some things to think about if you are considering leasing here: Pet Friendly! but not any real grassy areas for the pets to do business on. A lot of the units lack a patio, especially if they face street side. Also, be aware that Ygnacio valley
Road has heavy traffic certain parts of the day including morning and evening which can be noisy and a nuisance to some units that face that street. Valet trash pickup at your door is convenient since there is only one trash room on each level. I will update the review accordingly as we are newcomers and enjoying it so far!

I might move here. let me use some words to describe this place. NEW MODERN FRESH CLEAN IDEAL LOCATION PET FRIENDLY… one thing that might not seem like a BIG DEAL BUT TO ME IT REALLY IS IS THIS; THERE IS CONCRETE THAT SEPERATES THE FLOORS THAT IS UNHEARD OF FOR AN APARTMENT COMPLEX, USUALLY IT TENDS TO BE THAT THIN CARDBOARD WALLS OR DIVIDER BETWEEN FLOORS AS YOU CAN TELL I REALLY LIKE THIS FEATURE. AND YES, THE GALS IN THE OFFICE STAFF ARE AMAZING. AND I JUST FOUND OUT THAT MY NEW FRIEND RENEE IS A BIG FAN OF DUMB AND DUMBER.
So.Gia took me on a tour. I was very impressed with everything about the community. Very close to WC Bart, target across the street. The parking is limited and cost money for residents, I don’t veiw this as a problem, parking is $ 50.00 for the first car, and $ 100.00 for the second car. Please realize that this is BRAND NEW AS OF LAST YEAR. I mention that cause everything new is pricey. this is the BMW of apartments. all the features of a luxury car.
The fitness center is open 24 hours – THE POOL OUTSIDE IS HEATED YEAR ROUND — the outside area where the pool is located has amazing veiws. Again-​everything is BRAND NEW – sweet fitness equipment. Gia, thanks also for agree with me THAT FORMA GYM IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BELONG– DO NOT JOIN FORMA GYM – anyhow.back to the reveiw
The apartment itself is amazing. WASHER AND DRYER in the unit which is a BIG PLUS!!! Everything is well laid out and spacious. there is a deck. Spacious, clean. My new friend Gia informed me that this is a“boutique” living situation. I agree, very luxurious interior. One can reserve the clubhouse.
The rental rates start at $ 2,195 for a studio. They do allow pet’s. The one thing is that a bit different cause this is a FANCY place – residents are required to pay a $ 30.00 monthly fee for trash valet. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS ON A VERY BUSY STREET SO BE CAREFUL WHEN ENTERING OR EXITING THE PARKING GARAGE PLEASE. otherwise I was impressed by EVERYTHING HERE… when I get my girlfriend. perhaps I’ll move here. There are many properties to choose from in Walnut Creek but by far this is one of the most beautiful including a professional staff. I was fortunate enough to use the upstairs clubhouse with a fireplace which had access to the outside rooftop seating. My guests could not believe the view and how perfect the space was for our venue. The staff was so accommodating for all of our needs, i would recommend this property to anyone looking for an Amazing Home!!!

Ascent is a beautiful new apartment complex in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek and we’re excited to make it our new home! Trey, Ashley and all of the staff have been very good to us through the entire process, accommodating our needs and providing support all while managing the complicated process of launching a new apartment complex. Trey has been especially helpful in helping us make Ascent our new home and we can’t wait to be in this beautiful space within walking distance of BART, with great freeway access, and walking distance to our favorite restaurants this side of the Bay. We’re excited!

We have not officially moved in yet, however the leasing process has been everything we could have asked for thus far thanks to the wonderful staff at Ascent Walnut Creek. After walking in the leasing office on a Sunday afternoon without an appointment, the sales manager Ashley offered to take us on a hard hat tour. She showed us several different units and options, and was able to answer all of our questions — no scripted sales pitch! The building has all the amenities we were looking for and is in the perfect location (footsteps to Bart and walking distance to downtown). We did end up selecting an apartment, filling out the paper work, changing our minds and selecting a different apartment and closing the deal that Sunday we first went in. Ashley was awesome, Gia was cool too, and the building is shaping up quite nicely. We can’t wait to move in!
