Zeev Marco also runs Toro Road Runners. He seems to own several LLCs for towing services and I assume because everyone starts to realize his company is horrible and he switches the name.
Their two truck driver crashed my car into my garage, forced me to pay their tow fee, and told me they are not responsible for the damages. Had to call the cops. Did I mention his driver assaulted me? My full review is under Toro Road Runners

Horrible Company! I called at 10:00 because my pregnant wife got a flat tire in her way to a prenatal appointment. The guy told me he’d be there in 20 minutes.
I got there at 10:15 and waited… and waited… and waited. At 10:40 I changed the tire myself. At 10:50 I was done and I called the guy. He said he was just up the street and would be there in 5 minutes. I decided to wait til he got there. 10 minutes went by, no guy.
I called the company to complain and let them know to just cancel him, and they said I would owe them a $ 30 cancelation fee. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager got on the phone and he yelled at me. When I explained the guy arrived 40 minutes after he said he would, he replied, «Well its not like he was 5 hours late.»
Do not call them ever!

Call someone else! Was quoted $ 80 – 90 for a lockout, 20 minutes wait time. Arrived 40 minutes later & charged me $ 141. It pays to read the reviews first!

Thanks to the reviews I read here, I cancelled my request for this company to come and jump start my car, probably escaping an exorbitant charge!
I called at 8:30 and was told the diver would call me ASAP and they should be to my car in 30 mins. At 9:15, I called for the third time to ask why I had not been contacted and they finally transferred me to the driver who then said he should make it in 20 – 25 minutes… I called back 10 minutes later to cancel (after reading the other reviews) and I am pretty sure the driver had not left yet… Certainly not the «anytime or anywhere you need us we will be there in 30 minutes or less» promise they make on their website.

Definite STAY AWAY from this «emergency» towing company. My mom accidentally forgot to close the car lights, and so we were pretty much stranded without any power. We called the company shortly after that, around 5 – 6 P.M., and guess what? They came at 8. Not only that, they charge a ridiculous amount. How much you say? $ 160. Yup, you heard right, $ 160 FOR A FREAKIN’ JUMP START THAT TAKES LESS THAN 5 SECONDS TO DO. Not only that, but the person who did it had a mad face like we interrupted his Mc Donald’s dinner that took 2 hours. Mmmhm. This company is a fraud.
