US Nail Salon

Very friendly staff who is always happy to see me come back into the shop as a regular. I’ve had manicures, gel nails, pedicures and my eyebrows done here many times, and am always very pleased with the results. Very clean workstations and they recently did a remodel, which is really nice.

I had a very bad experience here. The first time I went I left with my nails and toenails not looking great, but passable. The girl doing the pedicure was in high school so that gives you an idea of her experience level. Then the fingernail tech named Tiffany didn’t really seem to know what she was doing in regards to my pink and white full set. She had a sloppy file technique and dabbed white polish on at the very end resulting in a less-​than-​uniform look. My second (and last) trip here I went for a refill. This time it was a different nail tech and she did the pink part only in about 35 minutes, probably because there were a lot of people waiting. This is where my nightmare began… due to her rush job and terrible filing, possibly also dirty tools as other reviewer mentioned, I developed an ingrown nail ON MY PINKY NAIL! Who has ever even heard of that?!! Picture attached for reference. I suffered with this stupid painful nail for weeks. Not exactly the pretty look I was going for.

This place is awesome. Tiffany did gel tips for me. What an artist. This is the best salon i have been to in over 40 yrs of getting manis and pedis. Why didnt I find them before this. Clean, and comfortable. great prices, and i never felt as welcome and comfortable at a salon before
