What an amazing experience. I referred to date 9 friends and colleagues to Jonathan and his team. every single sale and purchase went flawlessly. He has truly built up an amazing reputation to be the most honest trustworthy and professional realtor in the business. Seems to me that he understands leadership and inspiring his agents to do the right thing. I have personally sold two homes and purchased one with John. He educated me both times about the current market and what I should expect from buyers. he truly made all transactions painless.

I wish I could give less than one star.
After speaking with an «agent» and realizing she had no idea what she was talking about the broker insisted on speaking with me and he basically said anything to keep me on the phone.
I agreed to have him come to my property which I had just had a market analysis given from three other local firms and he was the lowest by $ 17,000 and I saw he had all kinds of gimmicks to justify a higher commission but basically he wanted to sell my house for the lowest price possible and make more money than any other agency because «he could put a video online of my house «, …my 8 year old kid put a video online of him and his friends shooting model rockets into the air,… big deal.
He tried to reassure me and tell me that his company had been around for quite some time but then elaborated he purchased it from his father. This in my mind is completely different because working with someone who started on their own and built success for themselves is a far cry from getting handed a successful company and just keeping it there, which he hasn’t even been able to do because records indicate his father was far more successful when he owned the company.
watch out for this guy he is a real con man in the truest sense of the word.
P. S. I listed with another firm and got asking price which was a total of $ 21,500 more then this guy wanted to list at.

I have to honestly say, I could not have asked for a smoother, more cohesive home buying experience. My home buying experience started online at
where I was greeted with a home search platform that, in my eyes, was much easier and more intuitive to use than even trulia or zillow. The mobile version of the site is exceptional as well so I was browsing homes while standing in line or lying in bed. The amazing thing about the software is that it connected directly with the agent I would be working with. That means she knew the types of homes I was looking at and the type of budget I was working within. It really provided the context of the home search even before we started.
After meeting with my Carbutti agent (Amanda), I could really tell she was on my side. She put a massive focus on understanding all the things surrounding my purchase. She would ask me what stores I shopped at, how clean I like to keep my car, do I have a big family, etc… All of these questions attributed to a very successful home search. Even during showings, we would be able to walk into a place and in an instant, she would say, «This place doesn’t seem ‘you’.» And she was absolutely right.
Carbutti gave me the tools I needed to find the home that I wanted, but it was Amanda that guided me in finding the home that I needed. Carbutti is an exceptional agency. I have and always will continue to refer business to them. Thank you!
