Popeyes

Restrooms dirty, chicken was tough, seemed like they had been there a long time. And no sauces. None, 0 zilch. Not even honey. Very disappointing.

Been a few months and thought I would give it another chance. Decided to eat inside today with my elderly Mother in Law. Inside was very bright and clean, and it seemed as though there was at least 10 employees, yet there was only 1 person taking orders? After a few minutes the drive through clerk came and helped take orders and I guess it was the manager was helping to fill the orders. No trouble so far, the sales clerk was nice, but not sure of my question about a 2 tender meal? So I ordered a kids tender meal for my MIL and a two piece meal for myself. Again both very simple orders were wrong? They gave a leg instead of tender to my Kids meal and mashed potatoes instead of the onion rings I ordered with my 2pc. Sad part was it was the Manager that got it wrong? The food is just ok here, the chicken always tastes a little over cooked and dry and the onion rings were tasteless? I guess they just are not interested in customer service and making sure they get it right. Not sure we will be back, the last 3 visits were disappointing.

This Popeyes made me sick to my stomach when I found what appears to be a chicken brain in my food.
I ate at Popeyes on Crain Highway on November 17^th and found what appears to be a chicken brain in my food (I added a photo). I contacted management the night of and did not receive so much as an apology, only a very unhelpful «well I don’t know what piece of chicken it came from so if you wanna bring it in that’s fine, but I don’t know what piece of chicken it’s from so I don’t know.»
After the rude, unapologetic attitude of the location’s management, I contacted corporate and explained the situation through email. I have yet to hear back nearly a month after I sent the email.
What concerns me is that I found an organ of some sort (it looks like a brain to me, but judge for yourself) in my food from this Popeyes establishment, and the company does not seem to care about quality control at all.
For your health and well-​being, I would highly recommend avoiding eating at Popeyes.

They receive 1 star because Popeyes Chicken is served. Customer service is horrendous. The staff is not professional and is sloooowwww. Unfortunately this is reflected by the manager. Totally doesn’t take pride in the job. The long lines are created due to the lack of focus by the staff. I waited over 25min for a simple order. Get it together Popeyes you can do better!

Every time I go here the food is pipping hot and quick. No complaints here. Eat in or take-​out and it’s fantastic.

First time I’ve ever eaten Popeyes. We had to wait because they didn’t have enough chicken strips left but let me tell you it was worth the wait! Chicken strips were tender juicy and crunchy, the biscuits were mouth watering but the mashed potatoes sucked. I tried some of the chicken that wasn’t fresh and it wasn’t nearly as good as the fresh stuff but still great! Only real why it’s not 5 stars is because the mashed potatoes completely surprised me. Complete lack of flavor in the gravy blech. But damn those biscuits…:I could live off those. Way better than KFC.

Great chicken and fast service on the go.
