Lowes is the bomb! They are the only store that had snow shovels on Friday when the snow storm hit. Unfortunately, they ran out of salt, but when I went back to visit their store yesterday to get an additional shovel, not only did they have a huge stock of shovels, they also had plenty of ice melt! Thanks Lowes for keeping up with the demand when the community is in need!

If you order on line pickup items be prepared to wait. There are two designated lines at customer service, returns and internet pickup. I got in the pickup line where I was informed, ‘I’m only one person’ by the sole customer service person on duty. Watching her take care of the customer in front on me in line, while fielding phone calls made me wonder why I had ordered from here. Eventually when the line got up to 7 customers long another worker jumped in. And then another that didn’t seem to offer any help just float around and confuse the other workers. When leaving a friendly ‘have a nice day by two people standing around the door when I left. I just wish they didn’t take so much of my day.

This past time my boyfriend and I went to Lowes we had two different people stop and ask if we needed anything. While we didn’t need anything, it was very nice to be noticed. You go into so many retail stores these days and the associates act like they are doing you a favor by simply doing their job and helping you. I was impressed!

First — we bought our stove online. I didn’t get the 24 hour promised call to schedule delivery. I called the store, and spoke with your appliance manager. He told me that the stove wouldn’t be delivered until Jan 15th. We had to go into the store to change the order. I couldn’t be delivered next day, because it was too late, even though the signs all over the store say next day delivery. Fast forward to today, delivery day. Our window was 1:30 — 3:30. It’s 4:30, and they just got here. And. they brought the wrong cord, because the APPLIANCEMANAGER assured us that there are no difference in cords. They are all the same. So we will have to go back to your annoying store to get a working cord. Really, really, really not happy. Merry Christmas Lowe’s.

Don’t go to this store and expect to get good service. Plan on it taking a lot longer than you could imagine. Employees are pretty worthless as a group. To give them a break, there are not enough of them and I’m sure they are not well paid. If you are going to buy appliances and get them delivered, use Home Depot or LaPlataTV and get much better service.

Went in Tuesday night for paint. There was a gentleman at the counter who had been waiting for 15 min. After repeated calls to management with no response, we called the 800 number. After 10 minutes trying to reach the manager on duty, he walks up apologizes and attempts to help. Thirty minutes later, still here with no paint.
