Here is some tip for people try to move in. Staffs are very unprofessional and disrespect. By the end of the lease they charge you with hidden fee up to $ 700. When you live here, things kept breaking and fall apart because it’s super old. Took 20 phone call back and forth to ask someone to be there to fix it, we had no washer for 3 weeks and 4 days with piles of laundry. Talk to the staffs explain the hidden fee with all kind of bs listed. Return the key 2 days early within 60 days notice got charged extra $ 110. Basically, this is disaster. If there is something else less then a star I would do that. NO STAR for review. Terrible experience.

Lived here for seven years and through three different management companies, the last (TriStar) being the worst. Having suffered with the likes of worms coming in, huge spiders and enormous energy bills because of poorly installed doors and windows, I gave a verbal notice to terminate my lease. Months later I received a notice from a collection company, not TriStar, for an astronomical amount. My Inquiry resulted in «monies owed for broken lease», even though I was given the verbal OK, TriStar office personnel lied saying I never gave notice. The company managing this property is not to be trusted… DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!
