Established in 2015.

Ruddy Duck Real Estate was established in 2015 to provide professional service to home buyers and sellers in the greater Boston and North Shore areas.

The owners are licensed Real Estate Brokers and Attorneys.

In setting up the business, the owners also established a real estate school to provide their agents with up-​to-​date and relevant continuing education courses.

Ruddy Duck Real Estate School also offers pre-​licensing courses for those individuals looking to become real estate professionals.
