I lived here from August 2013 to August 2014. At that time it was a brand new building and i was the first to live in my apartment. Overall, this was a nice place to live. My biggest complaint was parking. There were only 3 spaces designated as guest parking for well over 100 apartments. When people came to visit they had no where to park and so they had to park on the curb, and often they received tow-​threats. Maintenance was quick to respond to issues. If it weren’t for parking, I would give a full 5 stars for my time here.
