Give Aunt Olga (101 yrs old) back the belongings your staff stole from her. We all know it didn’t get thrown out, and who are you to throw out her belongings in the first place?

This is the worst run nursing rehab facility I have had my mother at. My mother has been to a few others and was treated much better. We thought since it was closer, that we would give it a chance. The staff pretends to be nice and when situations come up they turn their cheek and deny and responsibility. Specifically William Ring (Admin Director) The facility lost my mother’s dentures. Bill Ring, who is in charge of the facility not only denied they did but he also said they would not compensate her, especially because they’re deductible was high for something like this. He proceeded to act condescending towards me, rude and didn’t care to help a 77yr old woman with dementia get back her teeth to eat. I told him her insurance won’t cover this, and do you think he cares? Nothing as long as he wasn’t responsible. Another incident we had there, the staff didn’t do the laundry for my mother and dressed her in dirty pee clothing. I confronted them and they try to turn things onto us. The nursing is all working together as well not to be at fault with anything they do and as does Bill Ring. Don’t be fooled by they’re sweet outside persona, take your family to another rehab that stands by their name.
