Growing up, Juliana had an interest in style, fashion, health, and beauty that persisted into adulthood. Naturally, she chose to work in the spa industry.

Juliana enjoys being able to serve the public at Nails & Spa ARIA where providing exceptional service and the highest quality service is the driving force of the business.

5 months later and still coming here every two weeks. Today I brought in a picture of a nail color I found that I liked and Lily helped me find an exact match and did a great job. She was super sweet and extremely professional. I love this place and recommend it to anyone who needs a new nail salon.

Wow… This place was an amazing experience for me. As I had gotten a pedicure for the first time, it was just a awesome time. The workers in general were all helpful and it created a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely come back again.

To preface, I usually love to give wonderful reviews of places especially when I’m not familiar with the area. However my experience at this spa was AWFUL. I walked into the spa around 5:45pm and asked if they had enough time to do a mani & pedi, they said yes to pick a colour and it would be a few minutes. The nail tech was visibility annoyed the whole entire time. Instead of getting a nice relaxing treatment I felt stressed and a burden to be in the spa. When it came time for the hot stone massage that I read about online, he didn’t even touch my right leg. So I only received half of a massage. He was rough with moving my legs in which ever direction he needed and didn’t ask.
When it came to the manicure part. I wanted to cry. He kept on yanking my arm across the table and telling me to relax. My shoulders have been sore from a tough workout this week and from him yanking my arm, it feels even worse today. When he started to clip my cuticles, he used a pair of unsterilized, already used clippers. There were someone else cuticles on the clippers. Gross! I can’t believe this is even allowed in the spa. When it came to the wax portion of the treatment. I’ve ever had anything done like that before and he kept on yelling at me to put my hands in the wax. I don’t know why he was so upset and taking his anger out on me. I am revolted. When I went to pay, I asked if they took Amex and he said no, cash only. I paid $ 80 for a treatment that I was yelled durning and rushed the whole time.
If you can’t make the time for a client, please let them know. I’d rather go to another salon then feel like this ever again. I will be contacting the BBB along with the health department because of the unsanitary conditions.

My technician today was lovely. I’m not sure what her name was but she paid extra attention during my pedicure to my pain points in my feet and was very knowledgeable on how to take care of my nails when I take off my gel manicure (I got regular today as opposed to my typical gel). I was not rushed at all and was given excellent customer service. I always have a pleasant experience here

In theory this place would be great as the description of their pedicure sounds lavish. However, I left with bleeding toes. I understand this could happen with trimming cuticle however, my nail tech left me bleeding by simply filing my toe nails. I’ve never witnessed someone file nails so aggressively, I was left with three bleeding toes. When I brought this to the techs attention he abruptly left and got some little bottle of blue liquid which I can only hope is antiseptic solution. I should have just left at that point… The pedicure was just very rushed and not worth my time or money. I am very disappointing as the description sounds promising.
The atmosphere of the place is very peaceful and clean which was a pro. They use fresh packets for their tools which is a must for a salon. They were able to fit me in for a pedicure pretty quickly as well. However, for the same price I will go to Place 2B in Saugus and get a hot stone pedicure for a much better experience.

This place was great when it first opened and now it’s a bit disappointing. Rushed appointments and shotty workmanship. I got my nails done this morning and as you can see, missed spots on my nails and inconsistent polish coverage. Very disappointing. Not worth$ 25 w/​tip :(

Very big and classy salon. The regular pedicure was nice and it looks like they have more advanced treatments as well. My sister had the spa pedicure and it seemed to be very long but she was very relaxed. We both got gel manicures which include paraffin wax. I loved both but I think the attention to detail is a little off. If the girl had slowed down she would have realized a crooked nail and nail polish in the corners of my toes. Not really a big deal but for the price tag you think it would be noticed. i also got my eyebrows waxed and the girl was great. It was quick and accurate. I’ll definitely be back!

BEST SALON EVER!!!
Gel manicure is 35 $ but with everything you get should be a 50 $ manicure. After manicure they dip ur hands in hot wax give you mini hot stone back massage, then full hand and arm massage with lotion!!! all for 35 $ which is a reasonable gel price. So nice and helpful. Really know what their doing. GO HERE ASAP

I’ve been here twice. First time I came in, I was greeted and helped by a really nice man. I had my nails done previously and needed a fill and color ASAP. I was in the area and decided to stop in and try it out. The layout is alluring and gorgeous!
I was happily surprised to find out clients get hand massages during their appointment! Awesome! However, the kind man working on my fill brought over another girl to show her all that is wrong with my nails. Instead of inviting me into the conversation, it was them two against my nails. It was pretty hurtful. But– I let it slide, paid the expense, left a tip for my friend and went on my way.
Second time I stopped in was a week later when a nail broke. An older woman was my nail technician this time around and she was very mean. The only time she spoke was when she demanded to know where I got my nails done before. The rest of the time she spoke to her coworker in another language beside her and her coworker would look over at my nails. It was obvious and silly. Well, she cut my nail way too short because she wasn’t paying attention. She rushed me out after making me feel unworthy and beneath her clientele.
I never leave reviews if I’ve had an upsetting experience, I just feel as if Aria has such amazing potential that this should be of their awareness. The kind man who filled my nails, although he was rude when insulting my nails and not speaking with me about it, did do a lovely job.
I hope the owner and coworkers read this review and commit to treating every customer equally. It does make an impact on future visit and it does hurt the feelings of paying customers.
I have not been back since.

Booked appointments this afternoon for both my mom & I to come in for gel manicures & they were able to see us at the same time & in side by side chairs a little later on that day. My nail tech was Tina & she was absolutely wonderful. I had courtesy paraffin wax treatment applied to my hands & a lovely chair massage while it moisturized my skin & left it smooth & supple. I loved the atmosphere as it definitely felt more like a spa than a salon– Aria was all relaxation & no chaos. Definitely recommend to anyone & will be back soon!

Leaving this place feeling like a king. The staff was super friendly and professional. Place is huge, it is the biggest nail place I ever been to, and it is spotless. If you are really serious about cleanness, you will be happy.
I had just basic manicure and pedicure. The tech who helped me spent good amount of time giving me leg massage instead of working on my feet. (I been told from nail techs that I had very easy feet, meaning clean feet. Yeah I barely work out.) Most techs, most other places I been to, usually finish my pedicure within 20 minutes.
Overall I was super happy with my pedicure and atmosphere of salon. I would recommend this place to anyone, male or female, anyone who needs a little relax.
Oh! There are also complimentary drinks and chocolates. Don’t forget to grab some before you sit on your pedicure chair.

Why has it taken me so long to try this place?
I went in today on my day off. They were pretty busy, but we called ahead, and they were even able to take us a few minutes early!
The shellac manicure was $ 35 and included a paraffin wax treatment and a hot stone massage on my back and shoulders.
I haven’t tried a pedicure here yet, but now that I’ve experienced their manicures, I’ll definitely be returning!

Thanks for your response. I read the Unilocal reviews before making an appointment. The feedback was mixed so I decided I would experience Aria for myself. My friend and I were there on Friday, January 29th at 4p. The RSVP is under Joanne Darcy. My friend also experienced the same bad service and awful mani/​pedi. Our polish started peeling that SAME evening! I’ m attaching pictures if my friend’s manicure. This is totally frustrating and a huge inconvenience. I hope you look into this and handle it appropriately.

I grew up in Melrose, but have lived out of state for many years now. I came home for a friend’s wedding and the bridal party had a get together/​manicure party a couple of days before the wedding. The private room was great! We all got to chat without feeling like we were bothering other people, and we didn’t have to sit far away from each other.
They let us bring in some snacks and beverages to celebrate and everyone was happy with the service they received. It’s 3 weeks later and my gel manicure is still holding up pretty well! I’m very impressed!

I love Aria! Although their prices are slightly higher than other salons in the area, you get what you pay for. Manis and pedis come with complimentary back massage (hot stones!) and paraffin wax. Such a bonus.
I went here last night for a gel mani and a pedi. I had Lily. She was great! Loved chatting it up for once and my nails look aaaaamazing.
The reason I didn’t give five stars is twofold: #1, because I feel that their pedi tools don’t really take care of all the dry skin on my feet. I’m not overly dry, but I feel that every time I leave with a pedi from there my skin is never as soft as some other places (this is not a reflection on Lily at all!). #2, often times even when I have an appointment I still have to wait 20 minutes to a half hour. Not always, but many times. It’s just a little frustrating.
Other than that, this place is great :)

Went here for the first time with a bridal party last week. They treated us like queens, we had the back room all to ourselves, it was so much fun. The bridesmaids all got the same color and the staff we very efficient on getting us all done in a timely manner. We actually picked the wrong gel color for our nails and they noticed it didn’t match the regular nail color we got for our toes and quickly grabbed the correct gel color. Thanks to the staff, we dodged the ‘walking down the aisle with 2 different colors on our hands and toes’ bullet!
Personally, I live in Los Angeles, therefore most of my gel mani/​reg pedis are done out here. But I was super impressed with Aria, I feel like I got the star treatment! They dipped our hands and feet in paraffin wax and massaged us all up good. They had us all pegged, stressed bridal party and MOB, it was perfect. They also have these awesome plastic clips they use instead of foil to remove my old gel mani, they are the coolest invention EVER! (The clips are environmentally friendly too, which is a plus in my book!)
So why only 4 stars you ask? Well unfortunately the bride’s mani and pedi took FOREVER. I felt bad, the rest of the bridal party was done at least 20⁄30 minutes before her. Granted, the bride wanted a glitter ombré design on all her digits, BUT STILL! The staff shared 1 bottle of polish between 3 bridesmaids and they STILL got all of us done before the bride. I’m not sure what happened, but it actually made the bride more stressed that it was taking so long to finish.
Other than the time management issue, Aria did a great job, and I would go back. It’s been a week, and I’ve put my gel nails through the ringer, decorating, partying, cleaning a house, traveling across the country and they still look fantastic.

I made an appointment for 12:00 on a Monday, which usually isn’t a busy day. The salon was very clean and classy looking, A+ for presentation. However, I was not greeted by anyone for about five minutes, when a woman who seemed like an owner told me to sit and wait. After about 25 minutes she was ready for me.
Immediately I could tell she was not paying attention to detail. She kept filing down my cuticles and I actually had several cuts on my skin around my nails for a few days after. I kept saying something and she would apologize but continue the same routine of scraping the skin around my nails off. There were many crooked nails that i had to point out to her after she was done. She was very preoccupied with talking to the other workers and didn’t care about my satisfaction at all.
I had acrylics and I wanted a fill and all the salon carries is something called puria or something different. There are many bubbles in my nails now and the fill was $ 10 more than my regular place. Not to mention the discoloration between the old and new acrylic and the sloppy top coat. I will not be returning.
