I found this place with a groupon for lash extensions, had a great experience with Melissa, she was very nice, caring, took time to explain things to me, did not rush anything. And I got tons of compliments on my lashes, tons. I went back again, and same great experience. It was relaxing too I would fall asleep.
I went another time and had Clarice who I think is the owner, she was also very good at what she does. The only thing is that there were a few times where she said something to me which put blame on me about something, one comment was about how my lashes were when I arrived, a complaint about that… another negative comment during the treatment, and after treatment too, that it was my fault (that my eyes were twitching when closed?) and that that made her not make something right. It didn’t feel good to leave on that note…

Tried making an appointment for my wife as a surprise for Mother’s Day. How can you own a business and not answer the phone? I’ve tried multiple attempts and prefer to speak to someone directly rather than making an appt online as I don’t know what my wife usually gets. Terribly disappointed at this customer service and will be making my wife’s appointment elsewhere to a salon that actually answers their phone calls and values their customers questions and concerns.

3 Weeks ago I came in for an eyelash extension with a groupon… Made the appointment on line, then followed up with a phone call as I was unsure what to expect (how long visit, is parking available etc). Spa is in an office building/​Parking was in the back. Girl was nice… I was happy with my lashes… Since then I have tried to make another apt for a fill. Not having much luck… System is not user friendly… Tried last Friday but no appts available… Called salon to verify, to see if I could be squeezed in on Saturday, but no answer. Voice mail states they only chk machine on certain days… I was hoping to stick with this salon, but it seems a lot of work to get it in there… Was hoping to have a fill in by Easter. A friend of mine recommended her salon instead… Hmmm…

I had the pleasure of getting eyelash extension removal and a fresh full, volume set with Krystyna yesterday at Blink salon and spa.
I had booked my appointment with their online system. Krystyna was very knowledgeable and friendly. The spa is under renovation, expansion, which did not interfere with my relaxing appointment.
Krystyna removed the last of my lashes abd dud a fresh full volume set. She was so friendly and has flawless skin.
I paid extra and got the collagen eyepada versus getting just tape under my eyes. After the 2 hours you can totally see the difference, it’s worth the $ 10 upgrade.
I was very relaxed and even fell asleep a few times. I’m very talkative so krystyna was still professional, friendly and meticulous. I asked about my skin, and as a licensed professional she made recommendations. I’m going back this Friday for a facial with microdermabrasion. I will report back.
I am In love with my lashes, they are so soft and full. The collage eyepada really helped give me a fresh look.
There is plenty of parking in the back I’m addition to a garage. It in an office suite I pass by more than 3 times a day and 5 minutes from my home. I’m so glad I found this gem! !

Update: owner contacted me immediately after I emailed her with concern and offered to touch up next day. I was really impressed by this and happy obliged. She went on to explain that some people require different adhesives for their lashes. She spent over an hour touching up and explaining and the results are incredible. I just say I am very happy with how she handled a dis satisfied client. I made a follow up fill and will be back. She also gave me an eyelash sealer to apply to add to the longevity of the lashes free of charge. So happy with the final outcome of the situation.

Disappointed that after only a week of having my lashes applied and following the care instructions the best I could, many of my lashes have already fallen off, specifically on my left eye creating a very uneven, unnatural look while on vacation this week. I’ve had lashes applied before lasting much longer and I’m unsure how these would last 3 – 4 weeks as stated on the website. Thankfully I had a livingsocial deal and did not pay full price!

I found Blink from living social and I came in quite a few times for refills and was happy with my eyelashes. I have since found another spa to get my services from because you are urged to do all booking online but that system is horrible with showing available appointments and there isn’t a receptionist there often so god luck trying to have anyone call you back in a timely manner for a refill appointment. A few times they didn’t have the glue I was used to getting or the correct length of lashes. Whoever is running the place doesn’t have a clue about being prepared and stocked for the guests. I recently found a flyer at my gym and there was a free eyebrow coupon as well as $ 20 off any facial. I needed a facial so I called and to my surprise someone answered, I asked if they had any seasonal facials I could use the $ 20 off on because I love anything pumpkin this time of year. The girl was amazing and did tell me they were going to be offering a pumpkin facial very soon, she just didn’t know the price yet because it hadn’t been added to the service menu since it was a new promotion. She offered to book me an appointment and when she had all the information she would call me back but I just decided to forget about it. I feel bad for getting annoyed with her but like I mentioned this place is never prepared. A lot of the ladies at my gym used to be blink customers but they have found others to do their lashes because of the constant issues.
For some this wouldn’t be an issue but it is for me, especially with how much you are paying for your lashes. I tried to give this place another chance, and ya they do great work but all the other stuff kind of trumps that. It is a spa and you get no spa feel, there’s not even refreshments offered when you are sitting in the waiting area. No updated magazines either, make sure your phone is charged just incase you show up early. One positive is the girl who used to do my lashes was always on time I never had to wait for my services.

I will never go anywhere else for eyelash extensions! Bridgette is amazing my lashes never fall off and they’re always full and amazing!

Definite Fan! Clarice gave me the most incredible set of eyelash extensions. She was fast and professional. The taped lower lid is truly the worst part. Can’t wait to go back for my next set.

I found Clarice through a groupon several months ago when I first became interested in doing eyelash extensions for my wedding. My future sister in law and I bought the groupons well in advance of the wedding so we could test out what getting lash extensions is all about. Let me tell you something right off the bat– after you get lash extensions, you’ll feel naked without them! It’s incredible how natural, but awesome lash extensions look. We were so happy with our first visit that we’d knew we’d be back before the wedding to do it again. During that time another groupon for lash extensions came out (it seems like a lot are coming out these days) at a different salon in Needham, so we grabbed it– thinking lash extensions were similar across the board. Let me tell you that it is not true at all. We were so disappointed with the other salon– we didn’t realize that not all salon’s put a lash on every single lash you have on your eyelid! Additionally, this other salon put on the longest length lash on me and it looked ridiculous. I was scarred and knew I’d never go to anyone besides Clarice. Needless to say, I went back to her 1 week before my wedding and my lashes came out incredible. I really was speechless. I received so many compliments– and still do! After 7 weeks, there are still some left, and they still look perfect. I was also so pleased with how the lashes turned out in my wedding pictures– I really don’t like the look of fake strip lashes– you can always see where the glue is. So getting eyelash extensions are really a must before your wedding in my eyes– and I’d recommend not going anywhere else besides Clarice. Well I cannot vouch for the other women at the salon, I can tell you that Clarice is really the best out there. I’m going back for another appointment next week!

I was quite disappointed in my experience here at Blink! Salon and Spa ! I had purchased a Groupon that was for the Ultimate Indulgence Package which included a Foot Massage, American Facial, Full Body Aromatherapy Scrub, Hydrating Hand and Arm Massage and LED Light Eye Treatment. The treatment was, per their website, a 2.5−3 hour treatment retailing for $ 249.00 so I was expecting much more. While my technician was nice and did a good job on what she did do, I did not receive what was advertised. The Full body scrub and facial were the only two things I received in full. The Hand and Arm massage, apparently is where they slap lotion on your hand and arm and takes less than a minute the arm. The foot massage, was non existent. When I finished, I knew that the tipping policy for Groupon was on the full price, so I gave her a decent tip. Then I realized while walking to my car, as I reviewed the groupon (as I was only in there 1 ½ hours, and was supposed to be 2 ½ — 3) that I did not receive the foot massage or LED Light Eye Treatment. So I went back. The technician was nice, and willing to give me the LED Light Eye Treatment right then, but didn’t even comment on the foot massage.
While I had high hopes for this place, I was not satisfied. Even with a Groupon price, I felt that I had overpaid for an under delivered service. The only reason I gave this two stars was how nice the technician was, as well as the facial being a pretty decent one.

I have been coming to blink ! Salon and spa since it opened. I’ve also been a client of Clarice for years. The salon is luxurious, modern, relaxing, as well as has a true spa feeling. The music lets me melt into my own relaxed mind and regardless of what I’m getting done (waxed, facial, lash extensions Ive had it all done) I always leave beautiful and feeling pampered. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now that I found this hidden gem. The prices and frequent small business deals are so affordable I always find a service worth booking! The best part of this salon though is the customer service. I always leave feeling happy and the staff checks in with me constantly. You don’t find that kind of attention and professional consideration anywhere!

I love coming to Blink! Salon and Spa. The spa is beautifully decorated and I immediately feel relaxed and pampered when I am there.
I had my eyelash’s done and they came out wonderful! I get compliments on them all the time!
The staff here is great, everyone is very experienced and professional. My favorite is Clarice. She does the best eyebrows!

The location in a run down office building should have been my first indication to stay away. The interior of the salon was much better but still did not have a relaxing spa feel. The room where I had eyelash extensions done was clean and comfortable and there was nice music playing — so that was the one positive. I’m mostly unhappy about my experience because I’d been talking with one of the women about what I wanted and we reviewed pictures but when the procedure was done it looked nothing like the pictures we agreed upon — Jen tried to fix them a little but it would have taken a full redo. And now I have to live with these lashes for four weeks so as to not damage my own eye lashes. I’m embarrassed with the outcome and will never go back.
