Established in 2013.

Foster Fitness started in 2013 with 1 client and the belief that everyone deserves to feel great in their own skin and be strong! Since 2013 we have grown into our own gym with 4 classes a day! Our Fities are the best people around and we would be excited to welcome you to our group!

I started going to Foster Fitness on a recommendation from a friend and I’ve kept going back for about a year and a half now. Meghan McClorey makes classes fun and challenging. She is always pushing you to hit your goals and make sure you use proper form while doing so. If you are looking to get in shape or get out of a work-​out rut, definitely visit Foster Fitness.

I have been working with Foster Fitness and as a person who does not like gyms or classes, Meghan is truly the best. Classes are challenging and the workouts stop you from plateauing.
I’d highly recommend Foster Fitness to anyone, regardless of age, gender or how fit they are, this is the place to get in shape!

I have been training with Meghan at Foster Fitness for about a year now in total. I took a few months off when I had to move, but am back to attending her classes regularly. Her new location in Wakefield is perfect. I love her classes and really do look forward to going. The small classes make you feel like you are getting a personal training experience without the price tag of a trainer. I love the combination of HIIT, cardio and strength training throughout the week. She is very attentive and makes sure that you are doing the moves correctly to prevent injury. She logs your PR’s so you can continue to reach goals — break them — and set new ones :) I also love the variety in ages that attend her gym and how friendly everyone is with one another. Her clients are so dedicated that it feels like a family at her gym since you see the same faces so regularly. It really makes class so enjoyable! Meghan will even take music playlist requests if you would like :) Definitely give this gym a try — I promise you will not be disappointed!

I have only been at FF for 2.5 months and it has already been life changing. Having had 3 knee surgeries in 3 years, I was apprehensive about getting back to my prior level of fitness without re-​injuring my knees. Meghan is knowledgable and most importantly SMART when it comes to working with me. When I am unable to do an exercise, she always offers an alternative way to do it. Also, proper form is never sacrificed for weight. My knee pain has significantly improved as my cardiovascular and physical strength has increased. The small group classes offer lots of encouragement between peers. FF offers different classes, some more lift oriented, some more cardio oriented and many in between. Meghan also offers realistic nutritional advice tailored to your needs. I have seen significant changes in my body and mind thanks to Foster Fitness!
