Every day of boot camp is different than the last! We prescribe to the training principle of muscle confusion. By challenging ourselves in different ways and at different intensities, we keep our bodies and our minds guessing which keeps the work out fresh and effective. The program is made up of body weight resistance exercises such as squats, lunges, and push-ups just to name a few! We also use simple tools such as resistance bands, jump ropes and agility ladders. One of the important things we hope you take away from your MBC experience is that you can get in a great workout using minimal equipment. Most boot camp exercises can be done anywhere, any time, without the expense of fancy equipment and even with limited space. Add in friends, and exercise can take on an element of «fun» that you may have never thought possible!

Business Owner
Joy Fay is the owner of MBC and an enthusiastic and highly-motivated Group Fitness Instructor and youth yoga instructor with Reiki I attunement. She is currently pursuing further education in adult yoga instruction and lifestyle and weight management coaching. Joy exudes tremendous empathy and sensitivity while encouraging her boot camp participants to put forth their greatest effort and to push past their comfort zone boundaries. Joy recently ran her 13th marathon in Boston, further reinforcing her personal belief that «anything is possible!» She knows first-hand the struggles of those living with weight management challenges and is passionate about helping children, teens and adults live healthy lives.
