Carolina Customized Interiors is owned and operated by Jeremy Payne and Ian Downing, two high school friends who had the dream of building a company with good values and a strong work ethic. When selecting a contractor to trim and paint your interior, remodel your home, or even install a hard wood floor, anyone could get the job done under budget, but Carolina Customized Interiors will make it personal, clean, and keep you in the loop about whats going on. Customer service, organization, cleanliness and quality of workmanship best describes the process and final product. Only the most professional service will do when it comes to your home.

Business Owner

Jeremy and his high school best friend Ian come to North Carolina from Falmouth, Massachusetts on Cap Cod. Both Ian and Jeremy are second generation carpenters, taught by their father’s the ins and outs of Home Building. For the Last five years Ian has owned his own painting and finish construction company in Falmouth, and Jeremy has worked as a marine engineer on a 250′ ship. After completing a few projects together and talking for 2 years about opening a business together, it was time to take action. Carolina Customized Interiors is an Interior construction company that builds custom rooms for specific clients. Jeremy and Ian use the assistance of Jeremy’s sister Interior designer Kaitlyn to make your dreams a reality.
