What’s the point of appointments only? My appointment was made a day before & the nurses told that I’ll have a 3:15pm appointment. I checked in before 3:15pm & im still waiting a hour later

VERY BAD SERVICE! THE RECEPTIONIST IS SUCH A LIAR!!! Today, we came in to get a check up without an appointment. Although they have a sign posted that they only take appointments, they would still accommodate you if you don’t have an appointment but it would just be longer wait because they have to prioritize the people with appointment. We were first on the list for no appointment so you would think they’ll take you next after the patients with appointment. I was so disappointed when they called the 2^nd person on the no appointment list. I went up to the receptionist and asked why they called her instead of us, her excuse was they forgot to put that person’s name in their computer. REALLY?! All of us in the waiting room heard the patient told them that she’ll just set up an appointment for later in the day because they didn’t make an appointment for her because she wasn’t planning on getting checked. WHAT A LIAR!!! You need connections here so they squeeze you in.

Not an average kinda Doctor office. This is my Client Physician. Unsatisfied with Service. Yikes !!

Eh gets the job done, but be prepared for a hella long wait. The waiting area is pretty small, but its just because he’s very popular and a lot of people go to see him.
Sometimes in the morning there will already be like 4 – 5 people waiting outside before the place opens or even before the doctor even gets there.
Friendly staff though and are usually nice and will put you in (sometimes) last second.

Bad service. Negligent staff and even worse doctor.
