The Environ Control Story

* 1986: Bob Koide opens Environ Control. Standard treatment: pump 150 to 200 gallons of termiticide at each home site to fight ground termites.

* 1994: Bob field– tests Sentricon, convinced this new technology can handle the toughest termite problems.

* 2004: Environ Control wins the Hawaii BBB (Better Business Bureau) Torch Award for Business Ethics for personal service, honest estimates, affordable services and high standards.

* 1995: Bob offers to give back half the money to the Waikiki resort if Sentricon doesn’t work. The resort is still a client today.

* 1997: Sentricon survey names Environ Control number one in Hawaii for customer service, professionalism and excellent customer communications.

* 2006: Bob donates $ 30,000 worth of Sentricon to Momilani and Kanoelani elementary schools to celebrate Environ Control’s 20^th anniversary.
