Excellent Windows for Hawaii’s harsh salt environment. Excellent customer service. I would definitely go with them. The majority of our windows are now coastal. You can either pick up at warehouse in Waipio or have Windows delivered.
Buy local.

Would have given 5 stars because quality of product is awesome, but stopped short because customer service at all levels is very poor. This is a big shame because of cost of product. They are not cheap. Not sure if they are understaffed or what but this company is not the most responsive given cost charged. Still waiting for someone to call me back for a repair. Hopefully it is covered under warranty of hardware cause a hardware of screened door broke.

Al — the contractor we used from Coastal and his team are amazing. We had a wall knocked down and re-​installed with a glass pocket slider. He has great attention to detail and made sure everything was done with quality and attention to detail. He even helped to make sure that all of our outside texture and wood matched up with our original from 1995!!! So happy — my family loves the way it turned out.
Any project done by them should be managed by him!

This company doesn’t pay their employees the over time worked and the regular hours worked. When questioned about it they say «waiting on bob».
It’s illegal to not pay wages worked. It’s illegal to garnish wages without notice or approval and especially for nothing but made up shit! When asked for a receipt they won’t furnish one? What’s going pn with this company?!
DON’T THEY KNOW HAWAII HAS LABOR LAWS! I HOPE THEY’RE READY TO GET AUDITED AND HAVE TO FURNISH DOCUMENTS!

Nice windows with pretty cool features, but don’t get lulled by the limited lifetime warranty, because it’s really limited.
To add insult to injury, they don’t have reps on all the islands. So, if you live on a neighboring island & need service, they charge you for their airfare. So, what would normally be a cheap fix could run you into the hundreds. While the main frames & glass hold up, many of the working pieces break/​corrode within a few years and make them unusable (have to keep them shut until they’re fixed). It’s a huge bummer.
I don’t really see the advantage over Other top brands. Yes, they may be better, but I can replace my other brand in 10 years and still have it cost less.
I highly recommend against this brand if you don’t live on Oahu. It’s really not worth the added hassle and expense. Imagine a month or so waiting for them even to come take a look. Then god forbid they didn’t bring a part, because then you’re waiting another month.
If I lived on Oahu and had money burning a hole in my pocket, these are the way to go. Front desk staff is super friendly.
Sorry for the low review, I like to support local businesses, but I pretty much regret my purchase.

I stopped by their store the staff was friendly and put together a quote for me and showed me several different options for my window needs I was quite taken aback at the price which was more than triple the cost of another leading competitors brand for the same quality windows. While the build is pretty much the same as much of the other competitors I guess the cost is because they build the windows here rather than somewhere else.
I have no problems with the service just the price from here.
