This place is HORRIBLE! They lack total customer service and will lie to keep your business. They will harass you the day BEFORE your payment is due. They tell you they will come get your rental proporty so you tell them to come get their cheep, poorly made furniture, they threaten to call the cops of the property you TRIED to return several time. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else. It’s not worth the hassle! Beware stay far, far away

I’ve gotten furniture from Aaron’s for the past four years when needed. I’ve never had a problem with any previous store, and I used to go to the one in the Pearls Highland Center before it closed down, and never had a problem. We needed new washer and dryers and decided to come here.
We decided on a used Whirlpool model set that was «Fully functional» according to the sales person and were offered a great deal. We were aware that the knob was missing and it would be put on the day of delivery. The day of delivery nobody shows up, after being reassured it would get here several times throughout the day. Turns out whoever scheduled us, never actually scheduled us. So we had to wait till the next day. Why didn’t anyone notice we were not scheduled for delivery? Next day comes and another problem. They didn’t have the knob, and nobody knew where it was. So our washer is stuck on one setting, unless you want to play around with it with a needle nose and use guesswork. We also discovered there is no lint trap (fire hazard much?) so we were apologized to and told someone would get in touch. A week goes by and nobody calls so we call, and we were reassured we’d receive a call the following Monday. Shocker, never happened. We waited two weeks until we called YET AGAIN. This time we were told that the knob and lint trap were being looked for at that moment and they would call when they found it. LOL, never happened. Another week goes by and my washer is still not fully functional as promised and my dryer is a hazard, so we go into the store. We were told that their main department had on file that the knob and lint trap were in their store when it wasn’t and things needed to be sorted out (Why couldn’t anyone call and share this information!?) and in the meantime we would be offered temporary replacements and if they could not get anything sorted out, we would be offered brand new washer and dryers although they did not mention if this would change leasing time and payment cost. Day of would-​be pick up and drop off, nobody comes by so we call… again. They apparently ordered the knob (but no lint trap, know nothing about the lint trap) and instead of coming the day intended they’d come tomorrow instead! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL AND NEEDS AN OVERHAUL IN MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES!!! SATISFACTION GUARANTEED MY FOOT!

I previously ordered a bed room set from Aaron’s, received it with no problems. A few months later I decided I wanted to order anything matching night stand, I called and ordered it no problem. After a month passed and I heard nothing I called to check up when it would be in and was told 2 – 3 weeks. After 3 months passed and it was still not in I went down to speak with a manger who didn’t really clarify where my night stand that I had already paid for went but she could call and order another and it would be another 2 – 3 weeks, but was informed they had been trying to reach me but had my number wrong, keep in mind I had called 3 times previous to this and call once a month to make a payment. It was not hard to find me and get my correct number, but no ever mentioned anything every time I called. I updated my number and the manger told me she would call me the next day with a update. No surprise she never did. I was not impressed and ended up canceling my order and not the receiving my money back as I was told they could only credited it to my account, the manger was not helpful or very polite, I am not sure a job in sales is for her.

Waited 6hrs for the guy to tell me that he couldn’t get me what I wanted… I wanted 2 dressers but couldn’t without getting a complete set. then they try to convince me to buy a bed I didn’t need… I am the easiest customer there is all I wanted was 2 dressers. I would’ve paid full price he kept offering me deals but with nothing I was there for.

Had a lady run into the back of my car parking in front of here. Told the manager about the situation and asked for assistance and was denied, he was worried about parking spot in front. Real pleasure of an individual to deal with. Class act!

I’m actually not happy at all with the service I received here. My husband and I went in here looking at couches and we found a super cheap couch which was awesome and amazing. But there were a couple of problems. At first we were told we qualified for a promotion that took $ 100 off our purchase. Then all of a sudden the manager told us we were not qualified for this promotion. That made us kind of sad but whatever. But then they told us they could not deliver the couch for 5 days. We were totally okay with that and ended up buying the couch anyways.
When the day that the couch was supposed to be delivered came. The 11−3pm time came and went and we did not get any calls from Aaron’s on where our couch was. I ended up having to call them and they told us it was going to be late. So I waited around all day for the movers to bring my couch late.
I appreciate being able to buy a nice quality leather couch for cheap. But the service and employees suck here. Keep your stories straight!
