worst service. i’m at all odds! do you know how frustrating it is talking with so called managers. the tire department is the worst! complaints to the store manager seemed like it would help but guess not. been waiting over a month now for tires to my car!!! no one seems to know what there doing over there. the first time i called, cora (store front manager) was wonderful and help with all my needs. 3 weeks later i called and spoke with someone named katt (different store manager). 4 hours later i still haven’t had a call back. i need help from corporate now. i will be contacting higher up if nothing happens in the next few days!

Terrible customer service. I get there at 5:15 because my battery just started acting up yesterday. I just got off work and looked up that the Tire center was open until seven p.m. Sarcastic dude at the reception tells me the wait is long and if I’m willing to wait until 9:30 tonight?
I told him I thought you close at seven? He again repeated if I would be willing to wait until 9:30. They do not stay open that late.
I told him if you can’t help me then just say so without the sarcasm.
It’s employees like this that makes customers like me not want to come back and give my business. Costco employees are much more professional. I will also let Sam’s management know about this.
My car is now at Sears. I got there at 5:45 and Ronnie handled it very professionally. They too close at seven. He told me that there might be a possibility that my car might have to stay overnight. I appreciated that he was not sarcastic. If only I took it here from the start then maybe they could have completed my job and I would have my car already.

I’ve come here many times to change tires and batteries and always had an excellent experience here. The workers are friendly and helpful.
I always have an unusual car dilemma at weird times of the week and hours. Sam’s Club Tire and Battery Center always has perfect hours to accommodate my dilemmas. They never make me sit and wait like other places. Always try to accommodate me as soon as they have time.
Overall, I highly recommend Sam’s Club Tire and Battery Center in Pearl City, for your tire and battery needs. You will not be disappointed with them. Drive safely!
