Great hostel, a true value for the price
We’ve found this place almost by chance. And loved it. It’s neatly decorated and so wonderfully quiet! With only a few rooms, it’s never crowded. The place is clean, with all the things you need — parking, laundry, microwave, sheets and towels. It’s near the very centre of Wailuku town, close to shops, cafes and festivals, and at the same time you enjoy the serenity of a Hawaiian village.
If you want to take a few days and explore the island of Maui, it’s a very central place to do it. Most things on Maui — Hana, Haleakala, Lahaina, Kihei — are just a short drive. and Iao Valley is a walking distance.
Wil recommend Happy Valley Hale to any friend heading off to Maui :)
