Greatest facial of my life!!! Lisa, I don’t know if you are still working there as it has been a few years but I am now on Unilocal and thought I should post! Thank you for the most luxurious, relaxing facial I have ever had in my life. I doubt I will ever find anyone as amazing as you for a facial! Thank you!

I got the Brazilian Blowout treatment done on my hair today by Andrea and it is absolutely the best one I have ever had done! This is about my 4th time getting it and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. Andrea also did my color last week, taking my orangey-brown color to a beautiful blonde! I highly recommend requesting to have your hair done by here by Andrea!

This was my first massage and my husband and I made it a couples massage. It was super expensive even with our gift card but I can’t say it wasn’t worth it. The massage went by way too fast. I didn’t fall asleep but I was so relaxed I barely noticed how long we’d been there. I’d probably do it again despite the price because it’s such an indulgence. However, we got ours in the spa which I’d recommend. I’m not sure how other people could enjoy the outside massages with the heat even in a covered setting.

I had a great experience at the spa. I came early before my apointment and just hung out in the dressing room. Enjoyed some delicious ginger tea and set in the steam room for a little while. I had an apointment for a Reiki Massage and I added a 24k gold face mask and the shea butter hand and foot treatments. The woman ai had was amazing. I could feel such a strong energy from her work and it was really relaxing and releasing at the same time. She told me after where I was holding my tension, how to fix a few things and all of her advice seemed much needed and accurate to my currant status. Loved it :)

Exceptional service in a beautiful spa. Nothing compares to an experience at four seasons. Masseuse Nani was pleasant, caring, informative and knowledgeable.

My husband and I stayed at the Four Seasons for our honeymoon and got massages here and at the Grand Wailea. The quality of the massage was definitely better here, but in particular — my massage with Mahina was one of the best I’ve ever had! Everyone kept recommending the beachfront couples massage– but i have to say, I enjoyed the one inside with Mahina better. It was so relaxing and she did an amazing job. The spa could definitely be bigger(there’s only one small steam room so the facilities can get really crowded). But the quality of the massages here are top-notch and the service from the spa staff was wonderful.

Relaxing Massage and uplifting aromatherapy. The facials are cleansing and refreshing as well as moisturizing. The atmosphere is calming. Clean and very inviting staff! Enjoy!

This was my third visit to the spa and my prior two visits were definitely better experiences. The staff are all very polite but I was sorely disappointed that my original masseuse Aubrey was on vacation. If you are going to the spa for a massage definitely ask for Aubrey. She will figure out what needs to be done without any cues. My masseuse Tracy was very kind but probably newer. She ran out of the lavender oils and it was strange that she had to replenish from home and not have a stock on premises. Regardless in terms of the locker room there is a steam room, and showers with a couple of nifty features like body blast/rainshower. However, I concur with everyone the relaxation area is sorely lacking and coed relaxation areas are just not my thing. The staff are very professional and if you get the right technician you are in luck.

Words cannot explain how happy I was with my massage at the Spa! We were greeted with lovely robes and some little pickings… My massage therapist was amazing. She asked once if I would like add ons… She was not pushy at all!!! One question and that was it. My massage was 50 minutes of pure heaven. There were a ton of options for lotion and oil… She was very accommodating in terms of temperature, music, and all aspects of my massage. I was sad when the massage was over. Highly recommend this to everyone!!! Amazing and worth every penny!!!

Okay, I get massages at every resort and i always check their reviews and reputation first. The swedish massage here by Mona was the best I’ve had anywhere in the world hands down. She can read the body and knows exactly what moves and pressure is required for comfort. I highly recommend Mona and splurge for the coca butter over the oil or lotion and the Doterra Wild Orange oil, the aroma during the massage blend well together and make it heavenly. I am a man saying this. No joke it’s like heaven. Most of the massages are not cheap, mine was around 350 for 80 min and up but well well worth every penny. I went 2 times. On the second visit I requested Mona but she was off. They called me and said she would come in for me and she did. AMAZING! That’s 5 star service.

I loved the spa at the Four Seasons. Compared to the Grand Wailea spa next door, this place actually knows how to do relaxation right. Get there about a half hour early to take advantage of their luxurious showers and steam room, cozy robes and snacks/tea. Also, they have pretty much every product you could need in the locker room(brushes, combs, facial cleanser, facial moisturizer, yummy-smelling shampoo/conditioner/shave cream/lotion, q-tips, razors, hair dryer, straightening iron, curling iron… the works. After spending some time in «the locker room» as they refer to it(though it is the most relaxing«locker room» I have ever seen — haha), you go into their waiting area with more snacks, tea, magazines, etc. Like another reviewer mentioned, to get to from the locker room to the waiting room you do have to walk past the front desk which is kind of odd, but I didn’t care all that much. Then comes your treatment. I and the Hawaiian Healing Wrap and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE. I would highly recommend it. And there is another room to relax after your treatment before heading back to the locker room. Comfy chairs, water, soothing music. It was great. I definitely recommend this spa over the grand wailea. Nothing looked like it was«falling apart» and the only slightly odd experience was waiting room and getting to/from.

I had the Hawaiian Healing Wrap, which is a combo of body polish, wrap, and massage. As with everything at the Four Seasons, it was amazing. And though it was super-expensive, it was worth the price. I had a very skilled practitioner, and was impressed with the level of service – sometimes at hotel spas you don’t get someone who is the best in terms of the quality of the massage, but this staff member knew what she was doing, and I was blissed out for the rest of the evening.

5 stars for the treatments, 3 stars for the facilities/ambiance First the 5 stars for what really matters: I enjoyed a very relaxing Hawaiian lomi massage with hot rocks in one of their oceanside hales. It was stunning with the sound of the ocean waves. Feeling the coolness of the breeze contrasting with the hot rocks made for an extra sensual experience. Definitely a treat not to be missed. My massage therapist was Laney and she was superb. My disappointment was with the spa itself — this is not a 5 star day spa. There was nowhere to actually relax and replenish before or after treatments. The odd bit though is how the spa is set up. There are separate male-female dressing areas with lockers, showers and steam rooms but the waiting room is co-ed. To get to the waiting room you have to go through the reception/shop area again in your robe — I’ve never experienced that at a day spa before. The waiting room was more like an impersonal doctor’s office with practitioners constantly walking through and there was none of the usual pan flute music to get you in the mood. But the oddest and most uncomfortable part was walking from the waiting room to the hale as you need to walk through the resort pools and past Duo’s in your robe — a little vulnerable when you have no knickers on! With some extra amenities in the locker rooms and private corridors between locker/waiting rooms and treatment rooms, this experience would be far better. If you’re a guest at the Four Seasons, do treat yourself as the practitioners are excellent. However if you’re visiting to the resort specifically for the spa, I’d go elsewhere.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 6 months, both times I had 2 treatments at their spa. Wonderful service, the staff is very attentive and the treatments were amazing.

I received services 2x here in a 4 day stay. That’s how good it is. My girl friend from graduate school and I celebrated finishing school with a trip to Hawaii back in December. We both got a regular massage with a mini-facial the first day and the E OLAHOU(HAWAIIANHEALINGWRAP) on the 3rd day. The Hawaiian Healing Wrap was amazing. Description per menu: This ultimate island tradition begins by exfoliating the skin with a pineapple-papaya polish. Then, healing Hawaiian noni gel soothes your body as your therapist wraps you in warm ti leaves. Meanwhile, enjoy a warm coconut-kukui hair treatment and a heated-stone face massage. This lush ritual is completed with a full-body massage. The facilities themselves were very nice too. I can’t remember anything extraordinary about them though.

The«after burn» body treatment and massage was by far the best body treatment I’ve ever had. The masseuse was a little chatty, but I was being covered in tea leaves, so it was alright. Definitely take time after the treatment to enjoy a rain shower and sample some of the products available for sale. This is Four Seasons treatment all the way — even though I did not purchase the after burn salve, the woman at the spa desk said I could come down and use it at any point.

I might be coming down with carpal tunnel after writing all the reviews from Maui… and i might need to get a hand massage back at the Four Seasons. The facilities here is very nice — which you would expect from the Four Seasons. It’s not as glamorous as the facilities next door at the Grand Wailea but it’s small, private and classy. The locker room facilities are quaint and because they don’t service many clients at the same time, you don’t feel overwhelmed with other guest. The staff within the facilities are great — the attendant in the locker room calls you by name, nice cucumber and ginger water, cold ice towels, signature robes and sandal, and snacks. We enjoyed a nice couples massage and was ready to enjoy the remaining day at the poolside with plentiful drinks in hand. If you’re looking for petite, quiet, intimate and classy… this is the place to be. Ask for Laura… she use to mold steal as a kid with her fingers :) she’ll get every knot out…

Ask anyone what the one thing you need to do on Hawaii is, they ALL say do the helicopter tour. The Four Seasons spa beats that any day. On our honeymoon, my wife did the 80 minute oceanside Lomi pohaku massage. Greatest. Massage. Ever. Best part for her was that you get the ocean sounds instead of new age music. I got a little red when snorkeling, so I had to forego the Thai Massage and instead did the 50 minute Coconut and cucumber wrap sunburn soothing treatment. It was amazing. Make sure you plan at least one day here on your next vacation.
