Michelle Stefanik, Owner/​Stylist of Absolute Salon began styling hair in 1991. She is licensed in Texas and Hawaii. She completed her training in Feb. 1991 at Aladdin Beauty College and worked in Texas until she moved to Hawaii in 2007. She regularly attends continuing education classes several times each year in order to stay up on current trends and styles and to perfect her techniques.

Offering Men, Woman, and Children Signature Cuts to suit your personal style. Whether you have thick, thin, curly or straight hair, you will be able to get the cut you want.

Specializing in Hair Color. Whether you are seeking a subtle change in base color, if it high lights or low lights that you want, or if you need serious damage control for corrective color services you will be able to get what you want here.

Finally, if it’s Frizz Control that you need, then ask for the Brazilian Blowout! It’s the only smoothing treatment that doesn’t use harsh chemicals and it improves the hair.

History

Established in 2008.

Michelle Stefanik, Owner and Operator of Absolute Salon moved to Hawaii in May of 2007 and began doing business as All Things Beautiful Salon here in Hawaii in January 2008. April 1, 2011, Michelle Stefanik purchased Today’s Nail’s and Hair and combined it with All Things Beautiful Salon to create Absolute Salon. The name of the salon was changed to better fulfill our Mission Statement. Our mission is to provide the Waikoloa Village Community and outlying areas a comfortable, relaxing, and profitable salon close to home for the whole family’s hair and nail care needs. Our mission entails building long lasting relationships with our clients and community, through knowledge, education and exemplary customer service. We also strive to be a salon that feels like home for those who are away from home and visiting the Big Island.

Absolute Salon is located on the Big Island of Hawaii in Waikoloa Village Highland Shopping Center.

Michelle has a love for doing hair. She completed her training at Aladdin Beauty College in Fort Worth Texas in February 1991. She has regularly attended additional training course in order to stay up to date on current styles and trends. One of her recent trainings was the Sharon Blain Masterclass held in Sydney, Australia.
