History

Established in 1992.

T. J. Shannon Construction was founded by two classmates from Wadsworth High School, Medina County, Carpentry Program, and is currently owned and operated by one of those original founders, Tim Dawson. T. J. Shannon Construction has survived the test of time thanks to their honesty, fairness, timeliness, and quality of their materials and craftsmanship.

Business Owner

Tim Dawson is an hands-​on owner. He visits all potential job sites to meet with the customers face to face. He composes a detailed quote and calculates the proposed costs of all projects personally. He personally visits each job site regularly, often performing work on the project while on site. Tim is a Certified Remodeler member of NARI and a EPA Lead-​Safe Certified Contractor.
