They do NOT care about their customers! You can decide for yourself: Here is what happened: Office Max/Depot: 1) Sold me a defective printer that prompted me to replace 3 color toners prematurely costing me over $ 200.00 2) made me jump through a lot of unnecessary hoops for NOTHING! 3) I finally got in touch with someone in their resolution department named Brian 4) He was supposed to send me 3 color toners to replace the one’s that my printer told me to replace prematurely 5) He sent me a black cartridge for a completely different printer instead of 3 color toners & I just gave up after that because(just like now) it was more trouble than it was worth. 6) That black cartridge that he sent me leaked all over my clothes… I explained to him that: 7) I’m not asking you for the 3 color toners that I’m entitled too. 8) I’m not asking you to reimburse me for my damaged clothes 9) I’m not asking you to replace the faulty printer 10) I AM asking you to send me 1 Black Toner for MYACTUAL printer. This is not about $$$ for me, it is about doing the RIGHTTHING! Brian from their Resolution Department wrote: Mr. Dillion, Thank you for your email, I apologize for your unfortunate toner spill. Please provide me receipts of the toner you purchased for further review. I would also like to see photos as previously requested of the defects if you could provide that would be excellent. I would like to assist you but we have procedures to follow to provide compensation for, if you can provide me photos and receipts of your purchase with in the last 30 days I will be happy to resolve this for you. I replied: I have called you several times without any success,(although I understand that the local manager was able to reach you today without any problem), so I decided to email you back instead. As I stated in my voice mail message, I simply want you to send me a BLACK toner cartridge that will work in my laserjet pro mfp m177fw printer. My blue jeans are at the cleaners & I’m confident that they will be able to get the stains out for a minimal fee(probably less than $ 10), so I am not worried about my pants, & the shirt was old, so I am not worried about it either. If you’re looking for a store that has a commitment to customer service don’t come here. They are slow unprofessional discourteous. Come to the store if you have hours to wait don’t come if you need something done quickly. Francisco supposably is the professional in the printing department I would hate to see what it unprofessional person is at this store it took him multiple times to do what we ask and then when he produced the picture his fingerprints were all over the printing. When I pointed it out the wrinkle increase and his fingerprints he’s like oh that’s in the paper. He’s unprofessional along with the whole staff. We should have known not to come to the store for when we walked in and mediately was a large German cockroach right in the middle of the doorway. Stores and nasty and filthy. If I could rate them negative 5 I would rate them –5 I would prefer to give them no stars but unfortunately you have to give him one. Unprofessional extremely discourteous. And no customer service

I have been getting supplies for my practice here for over 3 years. I have yet to have a mediocre experience or have to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Staff and managers are consistently both helpful and knowledgeable without being overzealous. I highly recommend this location for its exceptionally welcoming costumer service where I never feel like a $-sign.

I got a really decent printer here yesterday for just $ 50. There was a $ 50 instant rebate. I’m still pretty surprised about it.
