Terrible management. Very rude. We had a mold issue they refused to check out. Not a clean place to live. Obviously doesn’t meet city standards for a healthy clean place. They have hidden charges up the wazoo for living here. Management refuses to talk to their tenants about problems.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! NOT SAFE! Hardly any security. Thieves broke in and stole thousands of dollars in guns and electronics. Rent here is more than the mortgage on a 250k home. Pipes also broke and flooded my apartment and if that’s not enough, electricity during the winter months cost me 600 $ a month due to no insulation.
