Lube Works

I was a customer for many years when the Weiss family owned the place. I recently stopped in for an oil change and found out that new owners took over. Much has changed and the personal touches are gone. At the end of the day, yes my oil change was done and it was satisfactory. It was a little more expensive, they tried to sell me on other services, but it was very unfriendly and cold. I won’t be back, best of luck to the retirees, you are already missed!

I was a loyal customer to Lube Works for 11 years before they were recently bought out by new owners. I tried the new Valvoline, told them I was skeptical based on the new Unilocal reviews, and told them I wouldn’t be coming back once my oil change was over. These guys are much pricier, less friendly, and they pulled the classic sales tactics. Plus my oil was nearly gone after 1k miles instead of the usual 2250 miles.
Does anyone know where the old Lube Works employees went?

LUBE WORKS SHUT DOWN! THEY ARE NOW VALVOLINE. Lube works was THE BEST! Speedy service, great prices! Valvoline has different pricing, pretty much the same as anywhere else whoch is EXPENSIVE if you need synthetic oil. I used to pay 55 for my oil change. Today i paid 89.

Lube works was the best. The new owners not so much. Wait was much longer to even get in and wait was longer to get out. If they bought the business why don’t they have the old computer files withy cars’ history. Oh yeah also mor money. All adds up to no thank you. If I have to start over it is not going to be here. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and just had my first service with the new owners … It was not a good experience. No more friendly greetings, window cleaning or interior vacuuming. In exchange for fewer services delivered, prices have been increased by almost 50%. The new owners will quickly find that the successful business they purchased made its fortune based on far more than a convenient location. Service and attitude were the real value, and with those gone, customers will be too. The end of an era and I will look elsewhere for my next oil change.

I’m impressed. Fast service, full works oil change. Was alittle expensive but worth it for the service and speed. No sales people trying to sell you something.

VERY DISSAPOINTED — I had been using Lube Works for over 12 years when it was owned by the family. They just sold out to a new franchised Valvoline owner «AND ALMOST DOUBLED THE PRICE.
Spoke to the manager after getting home and had gotten out my previous invoices. He made several excuses, non of which made sense.
I guess I’ll be going to the dealership (the dealership prices are about the same as what I had been paying previously at Lube Works

Terrible. No more vacuum service. No window cleaning. They make I wait in ur car too

Apparently has new owners. Waited in lobby and was ignored for 15 minutes. No acknowledgement that anybody even came in the door. I left. This is not the place it used to be.

These guys aren’t the cheapest but they’re definitely worth every penny you pay. They fill your fluids and check your tire pressure for you and they have you in and out in 5 minutes.

I’ve been to a lot of oil change places and it always seems like you spend an hour waiting and you’re left wondering if anything actually got done to your car. Lube Works is a breath of fresh air! We were in and out in less than 15 minutes, the price was right, the staff was friendly, and you could watch your car’s oil getting changed. For $ 34, they changed the oil, filter, topped off fluids, cleaned the windows, vacuumed, and checked the air pressure in my tires. Unbeatable service!
I never thought I’d be blown away by a retail oil change location, but this place managed to do it.

No reason to go anywhere else. They are extremely friendly and don’t try to add on ridiculous repairs to jack up prices

This place is fantastic. I drive in and about the time I parked to leaving was less than 10 minutes with a full oil change. 4 people surrounding the car and getting the job done. Not too pricey for auto service and they don’t give you the whole milk you for your money deal. Definitely found my go to place for auto service.

My go to oil change place! Straight to the point, they know what theyre doing and you’re in and out in at least 30 mins.
If youre in a time crunch make sure to call to make since they do get really busy.
Friendly service and decently affordable! My car takes full synthetic and I dont mind paying what they charge since my car runs like a champ each and every time.

Lube Works is the only reliable place for oil changes. Folks are hella friendly too.

I have visited Lube Works about 6 times since I moved to South NJ. Primarily visit for oil change and transmission fluid work. Today I’m in to clean my car’s fuel injector. I’m one to research businesses online prior to visiting … Especially when it comes to my car. Found out about Lube Works on Unilocal.Fast oil change and provide a breakdown of every fluid they topped off… This includes coolant and wiper fluid. I never feel pressured and appreciate their suggestions. I’ve been to $ 19.99 oil change locations but feel comfortable at $ 32 because the folks only specialize in lube jobs and have no ulterior motives other than great service.

Love this place — customer service is excellent!
It is the only place I will take my car for an efficient and quick oil change. Being female it is hard to trust people with my car and they have never tried to get extra services out of me that are not needed.
Just to show how great these guys are I got out of my car with a handful of trash and one of them came over to me to take the trash and throw it away.
Can’t say enough about this place!

I just love this place and cannot sing praises loudly enough about Lube Works! The employees are friendly, polite, personable, and knowledgable. Lube Works has INCREDIBLY reasonable prices and don’t try to squeeze every penny from you! Both times I have taken my car there, there was no wait for my car to be services and I was out the door within 10 – 15 minutes!!! They put me at ease and I don’t feel an inkling of suspicion or mistrust the way I do with most car shops.
Lube Works has maintained a level of service rarely found these days and I will gladly drive out of my way to give them my business!

I can’t agree enough with the previous reviews. Lube Works has been around for as long as I can remember, yet I never had the pleasure of doing business there until more recently.
I was tired of getting the runaround from another oil change station that will remain unnamed. Hearing that I needed to get new fuel injectors and a laundry list of other news parts for my 2007 car was starting to get old. Once I found out that my fluids weren’t even being checked when I was getting my oil changed, I started looking for a new place.
Lucky for me, Lube Works was only a few extra minutes up the street and after my first visit, I will gladly drive those few extra minutes whenever I need an oil change. Not only were the guys here extremely friendly, but they were quick, checked my tire pressure, topped off my fluids, and even gave me a coupon for my next visit. Since I started taking my car here, I have not stopped raving about Lube Works. If you are in the neighborhood or don’t mind driving to the Voorhees area, be sure to pay them a visit. You will be glad you did!
