History
Established in 2011.
The business was started to provide loaf bread to one of the local restaurants. The first location was a 5×5 foot space in a restaurant kitchen. The space was soon out grown and moved to various locations through out the county, including baking from my certified home kitchen before finally moving into the Jug and Rose in February 2014.

Business Owner
Jackie (aka «Nana») has always been baking: for friends and family, and now for everyone else. She’s known for her pastries, cookies and breads, and for using whole grains and the best organic ingredients. Gluten-free selections are provided daily, and other types of special orders are happily accepted (of course, at no extra charge!). Kneading Dough Bakery, located in the historic Jug and Rose Building in Volcano, California, is a tasty stop for breakfast, lunch, coffee or a sweet treat.
