We specialize in delicious ‘from scratch’ pies — with a variety that changes daily. We also make Cornish-​style Pasties, sausage rolls, quiche, and a really great bowl of soup — made fresh daily. We also have an espresso bar and make the full range of coffee drinks.

We’ve always wanted to have a pie shop — and when this historic building in Volcano, CA. became available, we jumped at the opportunity.

Business Owner

Janet has been baking treats since she was a child — however, Humble Pies is her first professional ‘gig’ baking. The response has been great — and due to her lack of professional baking experience, she doesn’t cut corners anywhere — only the finest ingredients go in to her pies and treats. Her husband, Mark, has become a first-​rate Barista and makes a truly great pot of soup.
