Customer service is great. I walked in to browse and ended up leaving with some tools that were a great deal. I asked for information about selling some of my items and I was walked through the process as this was my first time making these type of deals. I came back and sold them some records, movies and even old jewelry that was just collecting dust around my house. Defiantly recommend this place.

Offered me a measly 16 dollars for my jewelry. It was insulting and I knew for a fact I would get a better deal else where. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve sold and pawned a few items here. I didn’t get the money I had expected but then again it’s a pawn shop. I actually received better offers here than other shops I’ve been to. The customer service was excellent and the transaction was fast and easy. I will definitely be back.

I have bought from this shop on 3 occasions and will continue to buy from them. I always check their merchandise before I make a major purchase anywhere else. Quality Stuff!

I have pawned things before at other places and have received at least 40% of the total value for my items. Here, I believe I only received 20% but I really needed the money so I went with it. I sold a violin in great condition (it just needed new strings) along with a hard violin case in great condition, with the bow and rosin. I also sold two antique suitcases (1940’s) which were in good condition for being antique. I only got $ 30. I thought that $ 30 would be fair for the violin, and $ 20 for both suitcases. But no, $ 30 for it all. The guy in the shop was very nice but was not open to negotiation at all. The older lady in the shop was very rude and told me no on everything (without even looking at any of the things) before the guy had to step in and tell her he was going to take the sale. The shop is clean and well organized and most of the things seemed to be on sale, so buying from them might be a good deal, but selling was not a good experience. I would look for another shop.
