EXCELLENT HONEST RELIABLE SERVICE
I could tell when I spoke to the lady that answered the phone that i had been referred to the right place. I told her my check engine light had come on but was now off. Rich, the owner, was listening to the conversation and asked what year my vehicle was. When I told him, he told me that my car was new enough that the code would still be in the history…
COMPLETE opposite of what the other mechanic place told me. The other place told me to drive it around and wait for the light to come on and stay on for two days before bringing it in for a scan.
Then, when I got there, it was lunch time, so the owner’s wife offered to give me a ride home so I could leave my car. and then she managed to get the guys to start the scan during their lunch break. Thanks Sherry
EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Rich is honest and reliable. I am a single woman, and it is difficult finding a honest, reasonably priced, mechanic. Lucky for me, two separate married couple friends recommended him, and they were right on. Rich only did the work I needed and did not try to upsell me. The rates were very reasonable, and my car is running better than ever. I am looking forward to doing business with him in the future.
