Manager

My passion for bodybuilding began around the age of 19 years old. I knew that my early years in life would be to pursue a natural bodybuilding pro card.

I have competed in two bodybuilding competitions one of which was featured on ESPN 3 where I placed second in my class. The other was at one of the most competitive amateur bodybuilding competitions in the country where I placed 2^nd, 3^rd & 5^th.

As my life progressed working at Onelife Fitness as a manager and personal trainer I learned many things about customer service mainly because of my mentor Carl Frady III. Eventually as the years passed I joined the USAF Reserves in 2013 as an F-​22 Crew Chief. Presently I am the Manager at Virginia Beach Nutrition Corner serve once a month at Langley AFB, pursuing my aeronautical science degree, and earning my commissioning to officer status in the USAF.

My passion for health is immense. I want to spread my knowledge & passion for what I have been privileged to have been taught by my mentor.
