Superior Detailing

What a great way to have my car detailed and I didn’t have to waste my gas or time. The staff was polite and knowledge, the prices were competitive and the overall cleanliness of my car was ten fold of how I left it! I would recommend these guys to anyone who has little free time to go to a «detail shop». Your driveway or workplace turns into their detail shop.

We were looking to get our absolutely gross car detailed before we left for a road trip down to FL for the holidays with our toddler niece in tow. That being said, we contacted Superior Detailing for this service. We contacted them through their website during the weekend and did not hear from them until we emailed them again the next night. When they did contact us back, they told us that they would be calling the next day… which they did. This is where it got worse…
When they called back they told my husband they had a spot reserved for us a couple of days later (but not saying exactly when and what time). With the reception being bad (on their end), they said they would call us back. They didn’t. My husband called them back after not hearing from them but they said they were so busy and would call back. Again, they didn’t.
After not hearing back from them, we started researching other places. While my husband was en route to SSS Express (who’s won multiple «Best Of» awards… although we’re normally a little wary of who has actually voted for some of these «Best Of» winners)…they finally call back asking my husband if he’s forgotten his 11am appointment. You can’t forget an appointment that was never confirmed or even told when it was supposed to be.
The price was apparently right and my husband decided to give them a chance. They picked up the car and brought it back two hours later. We had enough dog hair in the back of our SUV to make at least 2 more full-​grown German shepherds and they weren’t able to get all the hair out. They did a good job of getting most of it out but we still could’ve done better. Our front interior windshield had these horrible spots left inside making night-​driving horrible (which is when we discovered it… on our way down to Miami). The interior they did clean was grimy and waxy… like it needed that final wipe or clean towels or something. Not all of the interior was wiped down either. We found interior compartments still dirty and untouched… those that were cleaned were filmy. The carpets were shampooed but not thoroughly.
Besides bad customer service and a poor, incomplete cleaning job… our car smelled like a sleazy dude with cheap cologne who was trying to pick up up teenage girls. A few days later, the car was back to smelling like dog (although the dogs were never back in the car since they were being boarded).
Save your money and go somewhere else. At least somewhere where they return your phone calls and act like they want your business… and that implicitly states what their services include.
