I am a full time Realtor dedicated to providing accurate information to my buyer and seller clients to help them to make the best real estate decisions for them. I professionally market my sellers’ homes to bring buyers and get the home sold at a fair price in a timely manner.

For buyers, I scour the marketplace to find homes listed as well as homes not yet on the market to meet and exceed my clients’ expectations and needs. I educate buyers on their rights and responsibilities as homeowners.

History

Established in 2011.

I had had a bad experience in selling my own home. I wanted to do better for folks who need help in selling and buying real estate to provide regular communication and to set proper expectations. With 30+ years in business, sales and real estate I knew that communication is key. My pledge to my clients is to provide as smooth a transaction as possible with regular updates to minimize surprises.
