Princess Nails & Modern Day Spa

I’ve been going here to get my nails done for the last 2 months (just moved here from CA) and I love it! I never leave disappointed. If I don’t like something they fix it for me. I’m very picky with my nails and I am soo happy I found a GREAT place to get them done!

Very clean and nicely appointed. I walked in on a Tuesday at 3pm and was the only customer. While thourough, they were REALLY FAST. Thats not necessarily a good thing. The chairs are average. the price was fair. I would return in the future.

I called to make an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. I had a prior appointment before my nail appointment, but I made sure I had plenty of time in between both appointments. With that being said, my first appointment ended up being over 2 hours behind. Out of courtesy, I called Princess Nails to push my appointment back twice. When I got there, I soaked in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes then asked the lady (one of the owners) when my pedicure was going to start. She replied, «you kept calling and canceling, so we took other people.» I was so embarrassed! She just called me out in front of other customers! I explained to her that my other appointment ran late and I had no control. I THOUGHT I was being courteous by rescheduling. And, when I called the last time why didn’t she tell me to come later because she took more customers? There were only 4 people working in the shop. She knew she didn’t have enough people staffed, so she could have told me to come 30 minutes later. One top of that I booked a Spa Deluxe Pedicure and received a regular pedicure. With that being said, I’ll find another nail salon to give my business to. I refuse to have someone talk to me like they lost their mind. Besides that situation, my pedicure was fine.

Princess Nails was pretty inside and convenient to go to after the gym. I experienced great service and great nails – pearl spa pedicure and gel manicure – during a Saturday midday. However, the smell of chemicals was nauseating.

I have only had one bad experience here and I honestly believe it was because of the volume of customers that came in when I did. But this is where I typically get my nails done I have pretty much done everything they offer minus any waxing or eyelash extension. I love the different pedicure choices and there is one gentleman in particular whom when I have the pleasure, does my nails and he is great! I wish I could remember his name but he is always happy and excited to be working and fixed an issue I had from a previous visit for me! The other staff is also great I couldn’t ask for a better nail salon this one is quite spacious and very clean which is always something I look for most salons I have been to are cramped and not worth the trip because of filth and or bad staff or staff training or just lack of a license in general from where they have their children work (which is illegal) but as I have said this is my go to shop unless I am out of the area and need a nail fix!

I appreciate Henry and his staffs’ muy excellente customer service! For Valentine’s day I swung by and told Henry I would like to surprise my wife with a manicure and pedicure. As my coconspirator, Henry reserved me a seat for the time requested, and was favoured enough to surprise my wife with the bouquet off roses I brought. Super friendly, quite amicable, and all together the best experience. Oh, my wife absolutely loved her natural nail manicure and premium pedicure. The icing on the cake proverbial cake? As my wife reached up, she hit her hand on the dryer and nicked her still wet nail. Immediately, Henry, my good man, averted the situation with a smile, confident know-​how, and the on time, amazing service that my wife and I now know to be the Princess Nails Modern Day and Spa brand.

I love this place! First time there and had a pedicure and eyebrows waxed. They took their time and I’m really happy with the outcome. I won’t be going anywhere else now. Lilly was my technician and she was awesome! Family owned business and it was really nice inside.

Louanne and the other staff at Princess are very professional take excellent care of you.

Love them! Very sweet staff, always smiling and great to talk to. My nails always come out great! Henry is very creative and great at what he does!

Excellent service. Very professional and mature atmosphere. Very clean. I recommend making an appointment because evidently I’m not the only one who loves the service.

This place is so nice & relaxing. They have a bar area where you can sip on some pop and munch on snacks while you wait for your nails to dry. It’s a super relaxing environment, and I’ve never found anyone else but Tiffany do such creative free hand designs.

Gorgeous interior decorating and by all appearances very clean. Reasonably priced.
Great job at a polish change. Unfortunately it started chipping at day 3. I guess I should have gotten a gel manicure as was recommended.
The pedicure itself was phenomenal. Especially the callous removal. I will be back just for that attention to detail. I wish I would have paid attention to the shape. By the time it was all over the cuts had happened and it was too late to fix, I should have just had her file. I was really enjoying the chair masssage. At first I though the polish was clumsy and overdone. A day later and after a shower it has flaked away to be perfect.
