Mr Comfort Heating & Cooling

Our HVAC broke, and there is no good time for that to happen. Our unit was old, so there was no way around it, it needed to be replaced. After get many quotes from different companies, Mr. Comfort is who we chose. The price was fair and competitive to the others. Within one week after choosing them the new unit was replaced. I was not around for install because I was at work. 2 months after the unit was in I heard it making a horrible loud noise. I called Mr. Comfort and they sent someone out right away. The quickly diagnosed it, and it was an issue that was under warranty. They ordered a new unit and we scheduled the replacement 2 days after unit arrived. When the 2 man team arrived they were on time, in uniform, polite, and extremely professional. It took them about 3 hours to do the work, they were fast and efficient. After, the replacement they made sure everything was working properly, and left. The most important thing I want to get across about this company is THEY ARE GOOD AT COMMUNICATION, AND ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. Their work attitude and ethic is impressive.
