I love this place. I dont know if the students or the environment, but everything is always perfect. I have been to so many different(pricy) places and I love this place the best.

Oh my gosh! This is more of a review on my masseuse rather than on the place itself I’m a pretty hardcore athlete. I put my body through lots of running, lifting, HIIT training, rowing, tire flipping and more. And I’m always going at max effort. So, my body gets pretty beat up, to say the least. I’ve been to many other Massage places(oh man, i’m blanking on the word for this sort of place right now) and have been through a lot of massage therapists and no one has worked on me quite like Kim. Kim is AMAZING! You literally walk in, tell her what’s hurting, and she works it out. She goes over the whole body but she will focus on your problem areas. I’ve been having chronic knee pain that’s just been getting worse and worse. Recently it got so bad I couldn’t cross my legs, or sit Indian style on the floor. I knew it was time do start figuring out what to do and remedy this horrid problem. I was referred to her by a few fellow athletic friends of mine from the gym and that’s how I found out about her. I told Kim about my knee pain and she quickly felt how tight my Hip adductors. She actually spent time on them and really worked them out. Explaining the process along the way. I wont lie, working it out hurt, but that’s how you know its working. She also spent a good amount of time on my back, which was torn up as well. Squeezing my trap in order to let it release. After she was done and had me get changed I was astonished how much BETTER I felt! I had heard about massages being good for you and blah blah but never had I felt THIS fixed after one. Now, Im not 100%. Im maybe 70%? But id say that’s a HUGE improvement! I will be booking another appointment with her for the next few weeks in order to get all of the kinks worked out. Athletes: Invest in yourself and your health. Find a GOOD massage therapist(Kim) and stick with them. It pays to have someone who knows what they are doing! She is literally worth every penny and I would even pay more! Thanks Kim!

Blair(graduate) was a great masseuse. The décor and cleanliness could be better. I know it’s a school, but I suggest redecorating.

If I didn’t love the massage therapist I see here so much I wouldn’t put up with the foul attitude from the receptionist. I’ve been coming here for over a year and this issue hasn’t improved.

Super cheap. Not the cleanest or must upscale but the staff is friendly for the most part and you can not beat the prices!

Two friends and I called on Saturday to make our appointment and got early morning ones on Monday. The receptionist on the phone was a bit snappy and rude, but we went through with it anyway. The morning we went in we all had excellent massages! We asked for students($ 30 for an hour) and all of us were very happy with the outcome. I had a women named Nina, she was incredibly nice and attentive to any issues that came up. She made me very comfortable and I would definitely recommend her! The rooms are small and private, the beds are very comfortable, and they have low music playing throughout the session. I would normally give this place 4 stars because of the snappy receptionist on the phone, but when we got to the actual building the receptionist seemed well mannered, polite(unsure if it was the same receptionist) and Nina made it a great experience.

I went there today and look forward to it. Recently moved to Fairfax. I just wanted to say that heather the student I had was awesome. She was concern and sweet and made time to do what I ask. Left feeling great and less stress. Thanks heather and good luck for school.

I’ve been going here for years. This is probably the best place to get a massage hands down! I would suggest Clarence. They’re open 9am-9pm so getting a late appointment is easy! The people are very nice and thorough.

I used to frequent this place when I lived here, so when I came to visit Virginia Beach, I was so excited to get a massage. However, my most recent visit can be summed up in three words… I’ve had better. I unfortunately booked the 90 minute massage with a graduate or therapist, and it was probably the second most terrible massage I’ve ever had. There was a lot of light pressing on pressure points and light sweeping motions like the therapist was washing a car. When he was doing my fingers and feet, it was like he was just tapping on them. I have no idea what he was doing, but this style of massage did not agree with me at all. I half considered just leaving the massage before it was complete because I wasn’t getting anything out of it. I specifically requested a male therapist because I thought it would be a stronger, more relaxing massage. But I actually think I felt less relaxed after the massage than when I first arrived because I was pissed that I wasted my money on such a crappy massage. I also tipped him 15 dollars before the massage in anticipation of something great. What a mistake! Make sure to pay for your massage after the fact. Others in the waiting room bragged about how much they loved their massages, so I don’t doubt this place can be great. However, I doubt I will ever come to this place again. It was cheap for a massage, and I felt like I got what I paid for or even, perhaps, less than that.

Been a repeat client of this place multiple times over. Can’t beat the value. I would recommend it to anyone.

The prices are good. it’s not a spa or upscale place so they can’t charge a lot of course. My husband and I booked our massages last weekend. At first she couldn’t find the appointment. But eventually she found it, we both wanted the therapists. Mine was probably the worse massage I’ve had in awhile. I am still hurting from it almost a week ago, my husband however loved his. Next time I’ll try a spa close by. It didn’t feel very relaxing or intimate for me.

I’m an Esthetician at a med spa and I always get questions on where to go for a good massage and I always recommend this place because they are great priced, professional, and on time. The ONLY reason I gave this 4 star instead of 5 is because they have thin walls and have been disturbed by noise a couple times but you have to remember this is a school and the price is cheap for a reason.

The most bang for your buck. Seriously. I got the most amazing massage that lasted for 90 minutes and all for $ 55(not including tip). My friend made our reservations the day before and we both got appointments at 630p. We got there a tad late due to traffic, but they were pretty nice about it. My massage therapist, Tanya, whisked me away into a room and immediately asked me what I needed to be addressed. You get undressed to your comfort level. Tanya came back in once I was settled and laid some heating pads on my back while she worked on my legs and feet. Good call since my back has been pretty tight from standing all day with my job. Once she was done with my legs and feet, she swapped those heating pads to my feet. Omigosh… My back and shoulders got so much attention. I heard pops of tension going away with each minute. Damn did it hurt to work out them knots, but they were finally gone from bothering me! Once I was done, I felt like I was in this magical haze of contentment. Tanya met me outside the room with a glass and you can bet that I got her hours to figure out my next appointment. Such a steal for such a great service!

I was in somewhat of a critical situation today and I was so thankful to be able to get in for an appointment on short notice. Kia was very professional and has serious skills! I was a mess and she saved my day! I cannot express my gratitude for her special talent and I will certainly be returning and sooner rather than later!

This place is awesome with last minute massages with affordable price. After a few tries I found my favorite therapist Eco. She is super friendly with great techniques. However, the front desk could use more smiles and friendliness.

The only place that I will go to get a massage. You really can’t beat the price and honestly every massage is amazing and will relax any achey/tense muscles. As a nurse who has to constantly lift and turn patients who are three times my size, I usually take my mom and we do 1 ½ hour massage once a month as a way to decompress and relax… and it’s only $ 55! You really can’t find that anywhere else! I live in Northern Virginia and make a point to come and visit once a month. Their masseurs are well attentive and prompt as well as eager to please. I’ve never had a bad massage and always walk away feeling light as air. HOWEVER, I will knock off one star for their receptionists who are usually a little on the rude side and always seem to be in a hurry. They aren’t the typical friendly receptionists you meet at spas, which I think they should work on because they are the first impression of the school. I do understand they must be stressed, because of the sheer volumes of appointments. They put all appointments on pen and paper, which amazes me because we’re in 2014 and one would assume that they would have a computer to control all of this. All in all a great find in Virginia Beach!

This is my favorite place to get a massage. You can’t beat the $ 40 per hour for a graduate and $ 30 per hour for a student. The place is always clean and quiet and everyone that works there gives good massage. I usually like to go to see the same person all the time that way they get to know you and what you like as far as pressure and areas that they can focus on. There’s a parking and it’s located right behind the Wawa on Rosemont Road close to I 264. I usually see Erica. She is a graduate and it’s $ 40 per hour but it is worth it because she does a great head to toe massage and will make you feel very relaxed. If you have not been here and you go to get massage frequently you need to check it out.

If you’re looking for a professional massage at a reputable establishment for a reasonable price, the Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy is your ticket to a little piece of heaven. Therapists range from students to fully licensed and experienced massage therapists. The place isn’t fancy like some spas, but it’s clean and professional. If they upgraded to heated beds, it would be a tad more luxurious. All and all, you can get a great 60 minutes massage for only $ 40.00. That’s at least $ 20 less than most places. It’s even cheaper if you get a student. Fuller’s massage therapists are completely professional and knowledgeable about the human anatomy. They are trained to be consistent, respectful, friendly, concerned and attuned to the needs of their clients. At $ 35 — $ 40 for a massage, even the most thrifty can afford the luxury of a 60 minute massage! The healing power of massage is amazing. When I’ve had an extremely stressful period of time with work and/or family, this is the kindest thing I can do for myself. When I pour myself back into my car after an hour massage, my muscles feel completely relaxed, my mind clear, and my body feels 100% better. Indulge yourself! You’ll thank me later! :-) My only suggestion to Fuller is to incorporate technology into the management of their office. This way they can keep track of your account, your previous massages, the names of your therapists, what type of massage you’ve had in the past(deep tissue, sports, Swedish, etc.). They are still maintaining their scheduling and customer information in old school notebooks. They need to step into the 21st Century and update their office procedures.

You can’t beat $ 40 for an hour long massage from a Graduate student. You also can’t beat $ 50 for 1 ½ hours! The therapists are excellent, professional, friendly, and so good at what they do. I come here at least once a month and I’ve never had a bad experience. I would suggest calling ahead at least a few days to schedule, especially if you want something on the weekend.

I have been utilizing services here since 2003. I love it. Obviously a great massage is needed once in a while, but most of the time they are just not affordable. Fuller is affordable and you can choose between a professional or a student. It is great experience for a student a little easier on your wallet. I turned my wife onto this place also and now she goes more than I do. The one thing I can note is that if you don’t want a deep tissue massage, let them know. I made the mistake of asking for one and it was so painful. The girl doing the massage was great though and hey, I asked for it. Never again though. I highly recommend this place for anyone needed a nice relaxing massage. Oh, and if you ask for a student, remember, they are a student!
