I went in with a faulty engine alert on my Dad’s 2004 Sebring. This nice guy, Levy, immediately came out to the car and verified the engine code problem for me using a special gadget — it turned out to be the Coolant Thermostat, code P0128.
I had read online that this is a free service offered. No questions asked, and this nice guy came to my rescue. Thank you so much, Levy!!!

I generally love Oreilly’s. But I can understand why this location tends to always be slow. When I walked in (I was the only customer) the guy didn’t even glance from his computer screen to acknowledge me. Finally I said «excuse me» and asked my question & when he looked up the part I needed I felt like I was being a nuisance. Customer service, people! I probably would have been a repeat customer had I been treated like one instead of being treated like I was «interrupting» him.
