DO NOT RENT!!! We rented an RV so we could have hot showers and air conditioning. Neither one worked. Then they pretty much told us we were SOL. Some sort of compensation should be made to the people that this company screws over.

DO NOT RENT HERE they take no responsibility for their actions… they did not infact pay the ticket I was assured would be paid and it has double since they waited 3 weeks to let me know they would not be paying it! Judy the «manager» should be fired if you dont like customer service you should not be working your job.
