The 1 star is for having done the work desired; however, the missing stars is for what they did in addition to that requested. I picked my car up and drove it a few miles to get some gas. When I attempted to trigger the release of my gas cap door, for the first time in the 12 years I’ve owned the car, it didn’t open. I took it back to Valley and they found it was a blown fuse (more on this later). They replaced the fuse and my gas cap door worked again. Then I drove to a local store and when exiting my car found that my alarm (another first) didn’t work but the alarm led blinks constantly (even while driving) except when the door is open. Also, my interior lights are completely screwed up and work on their own timetable (i.e., they seem to have a mind of their own). I went back to Valley to find out what exactly they did to damage my car and Danny (the manager) was completely UNprofessional and wanted to distance himself from the problem his business created by kicking me out of his store. Due to my diligence Valley Collision has been cited by BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repairs) and their poor performance has also been noted with the Better Business Bureau. I made the mistake of telling Danny (pre-​problems) that I did as much work on my cars as possible. He attempted to use my words against me in response to my BBB and BAR complaints, but to no avail. Though I do as much car work as possible I have NEVER blown a fuse because I ALWAYS disconnect the battery terminals. Danny thinks fuses are like light bulbs and eventually wear out — they don’t. Fuses only wear out when someone does something that causes them to fail and shorts out circuits in the process.
I’d advise to take your business elsewhere; however, if you choose Valley for convenience or price, make certain you note the condition of your cars electric system (i.e., lights, alarms, gas caps, etc.) with Valley personnel when leaving your car in their care.

I have dealt with many body shops in the past these guys are by far the best ever. The communication to their customer is awesome. They called every week and they texted on progress updates. When we were all done the vehicle turned out great looks just like new. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve taken my vehicles to valley collision 5 times. They have always done quality work. My truck and cars always come out looking like nothing had ever happened. Danny (owner) is very professional and most importantly very honest. Thank you Danny for your hard work. Highly recommended.

Danny and his staff at Valley Collision were very accommodating and helpful. I was definitely impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I came in contact with. When you have a business that exhibits all these qualities plus has top notch results with their product, it definitely deserves a positive review. I had only had my new car 10 days before i backed into the garage door causing scratches and a dent on my trunk lid. The staff was able to see me within the hour and proceeded to make my car look brand new again. Thank s again Danny for taking pride in your business and the work you produce. Hopefully i won’t need your service again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call.

The best place to get your repairs done! I had my car towed here last June 2014 and everyone was professional and so nice. The work was explained thoroughly and completed as planned. God forbid I ever need to have damage repaired again but if I do I will definitely be a returning customer.

Nice enough staff, but through their hurry to get stuff done they left blemishes in the paint and don’t make sure the body gaps are correct. The color is also off, however they said that might be the case because of the cars color, but theirs was off more to the gray scale than yellow like from the dealership. It was a bumper in white pearl.

Poor job. Not very nice. My car made a whistling sound after repair! And ignored a small dent that never got fixed! I’m going to sonshine next time!

Love these guys! Kyle is the best. I have had work done on multiple cars, and the paint is always perfect (which is the best part). I refer everyone to them!

Wow! This place is awesome! I had my vehicle towed in to Valley Collision Center after I was rear-​ended. I thought my Toyota Camry was going to be a gonner… but the insurance approved it and Valley Collision Center brought it back to new again. My vehicle is a metallic blue and they were able to match the paint perfectly! Thanks Valley!
