In-​house services include pattern making (CAD Patterns), cut and sew samples, grading (sizing) and markers in preparation for production in USA or at the overseas factory of your choice

Our LOW production minimum (starting at $ 1000 per style and 100 units) gives clients the option to order closer to season and it all takes place from under one roof just miles from Downtown Los Angeles

History

Established in 1998.

Unlimited Design Services grew an international clientele and reputation (with a UK London office) by being one of the first CAD pattern making — grading services to FOCUS on servicing international accounts online when dial up modems were the norm!

In 2008 our USA factory was set up to provide sample making and low volume contract production (cut and sew) in addition to development and pre-​production,

By 2014 our factory had outgrown it’s location 3 times and moved into a shared a 7,000 sq. foot factory in Vernon, CA in an amazing space, complete with sky lights, glazed concrete floors and modern work spaces!

From this location Rocio works personally with our clients focusing on technical design and Made in USA sewing development of clothing

Business Owner

Rocio’s career in the Garment Industry expands 26+ years and she’s been an entrepreneur for the past 18 years working in 4 continents

The start of this (ad)venture was when at 17 years old and still in High School, Rocio attended college at night to study Fashion Design/​Merchandising and costume restoration in America to later refine her couture tailoring skills at London College of Fashion

When her creative and technical talents became crucial to upscale tailoring icon Crombie, she was presented with an offer to work and live in the UK!

Rocio’s experience in USA includes: Rampage, Crippen, 7For all Mankind, Bebe, BCBG, Paige Denim and numerous Private Label manufacturers of licensed or utility/​technology apparel such as Gerbing

European experience includes Perry Ellis Europe, Zara, Mango, Puma, Burberry, Grenfell, Christian Dior and many more

In 2014 she invested in the expansion of the sewing factory in USA and 2015 started with the integration of wearable technology
