Coby L.
Business Owner
Coby Leibman was born and raised in San Francisco. He started cooking a meal for his family once a week at the age of eight and fell in love with Culinary Arts. He lived and worked all over the world learning the culture, languages and cuisines of many different countries. He worked and studied in Spain, Morroco, France, Italy, The Netherlands, The Czech republic, Israel, and Senegal. He speaks fluent Spanish and French and is conversational in Arabic and Italian. Coby specializes in preparing dishes from the countries he has lived in, including, Spanish Paella, Morrocan Tajine, French Bouillabaisse and Italian Pastas. He uses only the freshest organic ingredients, locally sourced from small wine country farms and prepared in a elegant fashion.
After graduating from San Francisco’s California Culinary Academy in 2005 he successfully launched his innovative career. Coby continues to grow and innovate within his field infusing his rich experiences and adventures into all that he creates
