Miranda is not only an amazing chef, she’s such a great entertainer. Always smiling, always cracking jokes, and always concocting amazing tapas!
Tahoe Mountain Tapas catered our boat party and prepared savory, delicious, and easy-​to-​eat gourmet snacks. My favorite was the pear and cheese on grilled sourdough. Mmmm… I could have eaten a dozen of those… Anyway, kudos to Miranda for working so hard to feed all 30+ of us!

We used Tahoe Mountain Tapas last summer for a post wedding brunch. Miranda was wonderful to work with from planning the menu to preparing all of the delicious dishes. we used Miranda at Tahoe Mountain Tapas for a bachelor party at a house we rented in the Northstar community. It was an awesome experience. She crafted a beautiful, family-​style meal for us with all of the detail of a michelin star restaurant and a cordial demeanor that only made the meal that much more special. i can’t recommend her highly enough
