The last review I wrote on this place was about the dirty meeting room. The meeting room is still dirty and the floors of the entire place are disgusting. My regular coffee tasted burnt and the new one they gave me wasn’t much better. My friend ordered a tea and she got a latte, other people were getting wrong orders. There were about 6 people working behind the counter and yet the orders we not getting right. Also we booked the meeting room for a solid 2 hours, an employee came in when we had 15 minutes left to tell us we needed to leave because the room was booked and we are suppose to be out of the room 15 minutes prior… new to us! Do yourself a favor and go to either Starbucks or McDonald’s for your coffee.

The floor was very dirty and the internet kept cutting in and out. They need a good buffing and a new router. Probably won’t be going back.

The customer service is great and the food is good the drinks are perfect, but I have one huge problem and that is, the floor is ridiculously dirty I can just see how much dust has been accumulating over the weeks. It looks like they never clean the floors.

Went to coffee to get a drink and the blonde girl at the register and her comb over coworker were rude. Talking about me like I couldn’t hear them because the blender was on. Correction the tall blonde girl with the constipated smile

The chairs here are very comfortable and the wifi is fast. There are actually quite a few chairs you can use each in close proximity to an outlet for easy charging. There is also a conference room available for reservation for group studying and projects. Good place to meet up. It is well maintained and the volume level is good.

Before the other well known chain based coffee house made their debut and other small shops started popping up in Ventura, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf ruled. It was the mid 90s and ice blended mocha was born, at that time there was only one location in Ventura, but it’s popularity soon earned new locations. The following location Is housed in the old Barnes & Noble book store on the corner of Main & Telephone Rd. The store is always busy but the Barista’s are always quick to get your order in. This location is perfect for a coffee date, study group, or catching up with an old friend. While I’m not crazy about the Mocha blended anymore, I still enjoy the ice tea, and Vanilla blended.

I came here and I had ordered no whip on my iced mocha and the lady put out a mocha with whip and one without, same size. So of course I took the one without whip because the is what I ordered and the lady gave me extreme attitude and I wasn’t being rude I was just confused. I love coffee bean but this location is no longer one I will go to due to the rude service of this one lady.

My favorite place to go for coffee. Great people and good environment. Have never been disappointed. Would recommend this store over any other.

I stopped by this CBTL location a couple weeks ago and found the entrance to this place to be so confusing. I’m not too familiar with the area and found myself driving in a circle before I found it. If your coming up to Main street from Telephone rd, make sure you turn into the shopping center before you hit Main street. I didn’t and ended up making a left at the light and a u-turn into the shopping center. Anywho, once I found it, I was surprised at how open and high the ceilings were. The store is in a semi-circle shape at the corner of telephone and main st., so it can be fun to look outside and watch the cars go by. I came around 9 am and ordered a couple drinks and was hoping to get a few donuts for a kiddo but unfortunately, they sold out… at 9 am. I thought that was a little odd, but instead of the mini donuts, I ended up getting the chocolate twist, which was thoroughly enjoyed by the kiddo. After waiting a few minutes, I noticed how quick the staff were at getting the drink orders out but after waiting 15 minutes I realized that all the people that ordered after me had received their drinks. I guess my drink ordered never processed… even though I paid and had a receipt. But the staff figured it out after seeing me sit there forever and made my drink in a few minutes. The drinks were made pretty well but I’m probably going to stick to the CBTL on Victoria next time I go out there. I also found out that they offer drinks to be made with almond milk, which I’ll definitely be getting!

I have had nothing but outstanding service from this Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf location. The staff is amazing(Andrew and all the others) and managed by a extraordinarily professional and highly competent manager, Krystal! Kudos you guys are GREAT!

I’ve always came here to study. And the staff and ambience is always great. I have yet experienced anything bad. I either come and study with something blended or get it to go!

I don’t live in Ventura but when I visit(once or twice a month for networking meetings) I always stop in for a few hours. It’s in a great location, delicious drinks, HUGE area for seating and enjoying yourself either alone or with company. I’ve used their back room for some things and I’ve never had a problem! It’s free they just ask as courtesy to buy a drink or pastry, reasonable and totally worth it!

Let’s start with the good. This place is huge! With plenty of seating, so you don’t need to hover over people in hopes that they would be creeped out and leave so you can grab their seat. Now the bad. They screwed up my drink. I ordered an iced tea and they made it hot. Then to rectify it, they poured 1⁄3 of the drink over ice and topped it with even more ice. Guess I’ll just have to run on 1⁄3 of my caffiene fix for the day. **wompwomp** :(

This is the bagel that I received today. I’m pretty bummed because I am a big Coffee Bean fan, and frequent this one on my way to work. Not worth paying money to eat a bagel that tasted like charcoal for breakfast.

My go-to place for free wi fi and tropical passion iced tea. They have the crunched up ice I love, loads of spacious seating, tables, plug ins and outdoor tables overlooking a grassy area. I enjoy the palm tree views from the floor to ceiling windows and their happy music selections as well.

This is the best chain coffee house around, and I’ve tried them all. Many times. And the hubby and I are super picky about our coffee and espresso drinks. This place is consistently clean, cheerful and the coffee is always good — the espresso even better. We also like the pastry selection — the cheese crumble is to die for.

–BLACKBALLED– If I could give negative stars for this location I would. My pregnant(one week from due date) friend and I stopped here for a beverage. I ordered my usual Peach Orchard ice tea and she got a decaf latte. This is when it went downhill fast. After receiving our drinks she requested a small cup of water. The employee, Patrick aka«Water Nazi», refused and said they don’t give cups of water anymore. What the hell?! Mind you my friend looks like she could blast a child across the room at any second, and this jabrone refuses to give her a small cup of water? Even if this is a new corporate policy, which is ridiculous in itself, you’d think he’d be man enough to make an exception for a paying customer who is preggars. He treated her like she was a hobo that just used the restroom to clean her pits and is now asking for free water. We proceeded to give Patrick a piece of our mind and then exited stage left. –BLACKBALLED– Cheers
